いるので、本発明の前記錠剤を食する場合には前述の味
覚向上成分にて食し易い。更に、体内に於ては、前記各
成分は容易に吸収され各成分の効能を充分に発揮するこ

たので、飲料水と混和して飲むことができる。このと
き、本発明の錠剤は飲料水によく溶解して飲み易くなる
と共に、味も良好であり、且つ、栄養源ともなる外、骨
が丈夫になり、爪割れ等の現象もなくなる等、正に諸種
