しも満足すべきものではない。また、アミノ酸やオリゴ
ペプチドを含有し湯上がり感に優れた浴用剤も知られて

考えられ物理的または化学的方法により微細な粒子とな
し、これらを添加した石鹸、クリ−ム等が開発されてい
る。しかし、これらの絹フィブロインは水不溶性のため
利用方法が限られており、近年加水分解により絹を水溶
化し食品に用いられている(蚕糸科学と技術、vol30, 4
2 (1991))。しかし水溶性絹フィブロインを浴用剤に用

は、絹フィブロインを含有することを特徴とする浴用剤

製される。絹糸、くず絹、紡績くず、くず繭等をアルカ
リまたは酸で加水分解して水溶化し、中和後透析等によ
り塩類を除去する。得られた脱塩液を濃縮し、凍結乾燥
または噴霧乾燥し必要により摩砕して、水溶性の絹フィ
ブロイン粉末を得る。加水分解の度合いは、絹が水溶化
すれば目的を達するが、絹フィブロインペプチドとして
の平均分子量が500程度にすると収率が高い。浴用剤
に無機塩類を添加して用いる場合は、脱塩工程を省略す
