Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a bathing agent giving excellent feeling after bathing and imparting the skin with moistness and smoothness. CONSTITUTION:The objective bathing agent is composed of silk fibroin made to be water-soluble by hydrolysis, an inorganic salt, an oily component, a thickener and other ingredients such as perfumery. The amino acids and oligopeptides formed by the hydrolysis of silk fibroin are adsorbed or absorbed to the skin to give excellent feeling after bathing and to promote the health.

考えられ物理的または化学的方法により微細な粒子とな
し、これらを添加した石鹸、クリ−ム等が開発されてい
る。しかし、これらの絹フィブロインは水不溶性のため
利用方法が限られており、近年加水分解により絹を水溶
化し食品に用いられている(蚕糸科学と技術、vol30, 4
2 (1991))。しかし水溶性絹フィブロインを浴用剤に用
いた例はない。

【0006】水溶性の絹フィブロインは以下の方法で調
製される。絹糸、くず絹、紡績くず、くず繭等をアルカ
リまたは酸で加水分解して水溶化し、中和後透析等によ
り塩類を除去する。得られた脱塩液を濃縮し、凍結乾燥
または噴霧乾燥し必要により摩砕して、水溶性の絹フィ
ブロイン粉末を得る。加水分解の度合いは、絹が水溶化
すれば目的を達するが、絹フィブロインペプチドとして
の平均分子量が500程度にすると収率が高い。浴用剤
に無機塩類を添加して用いる場合は、脱塩工程を省略す
ることもできる。
