本発明は、時計のコイル用磁心表面に絶縁被覆

り行つていた。しかし、テープ巻は磁心が湾曲し
ている場合にはシワが発生したり、第3図に示す
ようにテープの折り重ね部がハガレるという問題
があつた。また、静電塗装の場合には、第4図に
示すように塗装膜厚が均一にならずコーナー部の
塗装が薄くなつたり、第5図に示すように必要以
外の部分にも塗装がなされるという問題もあつ
た。

被覆膜を形成する。尚、本実施例では、磁心に片
面ずつ絶縁被覆膜を形成させたが、一度に両面印
刷塗布させれば尚一層速く形成することができ

縁被覆膜を形成することができる為、湾曲した磁
心にも可能である。又、絶縁被覆膜厚みの調整
が、版内に設ける凹部の深さだけで可能な為、従
来のテープ巻や静電塗装の厚みの1/2以下の薄い
絶縁被覆膜を形成することができる。
