An inside/outside air switching door 5 is fixed at a key location of the outside air introduction port of the intake unit case. Therefore, it becomes impossible to switch between the inside and outside air introduction holes.

The problem that arises when the aperture 54 is closed is that if the vehicle is fixed with indoor air being introduced, the windshield of the vehicle will fog up with water vapor.
This results in poor visibility through the front glass. Further, as a problem due to the adhesion between the inside/outside air switching door 5 and the unit case, the above-mentioned switching operation force of the switching door 5 increases. As a result, a strong operating force is required for the control lever, and if a force greater than the mechanical strength of the internal/external air switching control lever is applied, the lever of the switching door 5 may be deformed or damaged.

た。[Function] Since the above configuration is provided, as explained in the configuration of the outside air intake of the heating device of the air introduction part of the air conditioning duct of this invention, in winter, it is used as a heating source owned by the vehicle itself. The temperature is raised by the air conditioning blower motor, the heater core in the air conditioning blower motor intake unit, and at night, the heat dissipation end of the heat pipe structure connected to the headlight.
In addition, a wire mesh filter or the like installed in the middle of the air conditioning duct is used as the heat dissipation end of the heat pipe structure, and the heating medium in the pipe has the effect of increasing the temperature inside the outside air intake. Furthermore, since the support shaft of the door is the heat dissipation end of the heat pipe structure, freezing around the outside air intake and indoor air intake does not occur, which is no longer a problem.

In the heating device of the air introduction part of the intake unit, which is the contact area of the intake outside air, a wire mesh filter installed in the middle of the air conditioning duct is used as the heat dissipation end of the heat pipe structure, and the support shaft of the inside/outside air switching door is constructed as the heat pipe structure. By connecting the heat receiving end at the other end of this heat pipe structure to a heating source, it is possible to heat the area around the inside/outside air switching door, the wire mesh filter, etc. A heat pipe piping route was attached to one side of the outside air intake of the air conditioning blower case to heat the area around the inside/outside air switching door, and furthermore, it was installed on the entire surface behind the air conditioning blower case and this air conditioning duct. In the wire mesh filter, since the heat pipe piping route extending to the shaft is attached to one side of the wire mesh filter for heating, the outside air intake port is an opening for the inside/outside air switching door provided in the vehicle body air conditioning intake unit, etc. In the heating device of the air introduction section where the air passes through the hole, a heat pipe is installed at the outside air intake of the heating device of the air introduction section of the air conditioning duct at the point where cold air is introduced for introducing and taking in outside air. A heat dissipation end or another outside air intake for bypassing the heat outside air intake is prepared, and a heating outside air intake of a predetermined diameter is introduced by these, and the gap between the inside and outside air switching door opening is sealed. Because it is a thing,
Prevents freezing around the area where cold air is introduced through the internal/external air switching door opening provided in the vehicle air conditioning intake unit, etc. Furthermore, prepare the heat dissipation end of the heat pipe placed deep in the opening hole of the inside/outside air switching door, or the outside air intake to bypass the heat outside air intake. This uses a heating medium, etc. to raise the temperature inside the water drain outside air intake, and prevents water droplets from forming in the outside air switching door openings and frozen lumps outside the vehicle from freezing and icing during the harsh winter months.

た。 In addition, when using a vehicle, in order to inhale the cold air, the outer panel of the vehicle body comes into contact with the outside air.
At the point where the cold air is introduced to introduce outside air, which is controlled by the inside/outside air switching door, moisture mixed with snow will not freeze, and the opening hole of the inside/outside air switching door is completely sealed and cannot be opened or closed. By repeating heating during the severe winter months, when water would normally be unable to drain, there was no longer any freezing around the area where cold air was introduced through the outside air intake.

高い考案であると言える。 In addition, the conventional problem of waste water turning into water contaminating the passenger compartment every time thawing is repeated is eliminated. In addition, the air filter and wire mesh filter shown in the figure are compatible, improving ventilation efficiency at each position and preventing clogging. It can be said that this is a practical and highly effective idea with no problems and no operating costs.
