Most cars these days use air.
It is equipped with an air conditioner (hereinafter simply referred to as "air conditioner"). and,
Many of these air conditioners have a configuration in which temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled air is applied to a window and diffused into the interior of the vehicle. For this reason, the air inside the car is always set to a comfortable condition, and the windows on the inside of the car are almost never fogged up.

In this invention, a humidity sensor and a temperature sensor are installed outside the vehicle, and an inside temperature sensor is installed at the air outlet of the ventilator, and the condensation temperature of the outside air is calculated based on the outputs of the humidity sensor and temperature sensor. A first arithmetic circuit that compares the output of the first arithmetic circuit with the output of the in-vehicle air temperature sensor, and when the in-vehicle air outlet temperature sensor detects a temperature lower than the dew condensation temperature of the outside air, immediately sets a predetermined value. A second arithmetic circuit that outputs a signal is provided. The second arithmetic circuit operates in accordance with the output of the second arithmetic circuit to drive a separately installed ventilator louver drive means to direct the direction of air sent from the ventilator portion into the vehicle interior from the window side toward the center of the vehicle interior. The structure is equipped with a drive control section that performs switching control. This aims to achieve the above-mentioned purpose.

The fins 12A to 12C are connected to each other so as to be integrally rotatable, so that the fins 12A to 12C can be integrally rotated in the same direction as the central fin 12B.

The rack gear 16 is guided by a guide member 17 so that it can reciprocate in the direction of arrow A or B in FIG. In this case, the rack gear 16 is biased by the solenoid mechanism as the ventilator louver drive means 1 described above to reciprocate.

, that is, information regarding the outside temperature and humidity and the temperature of the air sent out from the ventilator 10 section (FIG. 5, S2). In this control means 2, the first and second arithmetic circuits 2A and 2B operate based on each input information, and the first arithmetic circuit 2A first calculates the condensation temperature TK (S3), and then Then, the second arithmetic circuit 2B compares whether the temperature T IN of the air blown from the ventilator 10 is lower than the dew condensation temperature T K (FIG. 5, S4).

ガラスの外面の結露は有効に防止される。 On the other hand, if T IN < T K , the temperature of the air blown inside the car is lower than the condensation temperature T K of the outside air, so if this is left untreated, the window glass will become below the condensation temperature T K.
Condensation forms on the outside of the window glass. In such a case, the aforementioned second arithmetic circuit 2B is activated to immediately activate the ventilator louver drive means 1, thereby switching the direction of air blowing from the ventilator 10 from the window side to the center side of the vehicle interior. Therefore, dew condensation on the outer surface of the window glass is effectively prevented.

Although the case where A calculates the dew condensation temperature T K by a predetermined calculation is illustrated, the relationship between the dew condensation temperature and humidity is calculated in advance and stored in a predetermined memory.
When information on outside air temperature and outside air humidity is input, the corresponding dew condensation temperature may be immediately retrieved from the memory and output. In this way, the control operation in the control means 2 can be speeded up.
