本発明は意匠性の優れた内装材に適した化粧材

(従来技術と問題点)
従来より加熱プレス機を用いて厚みのあるシー
トを製造する方法はあるが、流動性原料を用いて
厚みのある塊状物を得ようとすると、深部まで加
熱硬化させるには長時間を要し、熱源に近い部分
は変色をきたす恐れがあつた。また、高周波を利
用する方法は特開昭62−152710号公報に開示され
たように比較的薄いシートに凹凸模様を成型する
のに利用されるが、仮に厚みのある塊状物を成型
するのに高周波加熱のみによる場合では逆に中心
部のみが早く加熱され過ぎ、周辺部がゲル化され
たとき中心部が変色する欠点も生じた。また上記
公報に記載の方法では単なる印刷模様しか得られ

本願はさらに意匠性の高い化粧材の製造方法を
提供する発明で、ある深さのある型枠内に流動性
模様素材および非流動性模様素材を供給し、高周
波により加熱すると同時に高周波以外の加熱手段
で上記模様素材を加熱して成型した後、厚さ方向
にスリツトすることを特徴とする化粧材の製造方
法、をその要旨とする。以下図面に基づいて本発
明を説明する。第1図は本発明製造工程図であ
り、1は絶縁性の高い型枠で石材、硝子等により
得られる。型枠1は1辺が10〜200cmで深さは2

加熱ゲル化が迅速でしかも短時間であり、材
料の熱変色や劣化もなく効率的に化粧材を得る
