Each end 16a of the stringer locking member 16 has a stringer 2 that is horizontally suspended between the upper ends of the support legs 4.
0 end is removably locked. That is, the locking protrusion 16b provided on the side surface of each end 16a

0a, and a locking tongue 20b provided at the edge of the stringer 20 is locked in a locking hole 16c provided on the upper surface of each end 16a (see FIG. 2). The reason why the end of the stringer 20 is removably locked to the stringer locking member 16 in this way is to allow the stringer 20 to be easily removed during underfloor work such as wiring. . As shown in FIG. 1, the stringer 20 extends along the edge of the floor panel 2 and supports the edge of the floor panel 2. Therefore, even if a heavy object such as a large computer is placed on the floor panel 2, it can be stably supported.

At the upper and lower ends of the column 6 of each support leg 4, there is a mounting bracket 21 consisting of two plate pieces 21a, 21a bent in a substantially semicircular shape so that the middle part follows the outer peripheral surface of the column 6. A flat end 22a of a reinforcing rod 22 is provided at both ends of the mounting bracket 21.
(See FIGS. 3 and 4) is attached by a tightening member 23 consisting of a combination of bolts and nuts. As shown in FIG. 1, four reinforcing rods 22 are connected to the support leg 4 located in the center of the free access floor 1. The two lower (upper) reinforcing rods 22 extend in perpendicular directions. These reinforcing rods 2
2 and the stringer 20 described above constitute a reinforcing structure that prevents the support leg 4 from swinging. Looking at this for each support leg 4 located in the center of the free access floor 1, it is reinforced in two directions by the two reinforcing rods 22 connected to the upper end of the column 6, and in two directions perpendicular to this. This means that the stringers 20 are used to reinforce the stringers 20. One end of the reinforcing rod 22 is connected to the upper end of the column 6 (lower end of the column 6) of one support leg 4, and the other end is connected to the column of the other support leg 4 installed next to one support leg 4. 6 lower end (upper end of column 6). That is, the reinforcing rods 22 are arranged diagonally between the supporting legs 4. Add this to each support leg 4
Looking between them, one reinforcing rod 22 is placed diagonally. Therefore, there is no need to get in the way of the wiring in the under-floor space, the cables can be passed through the two spaces divided by the reinforcing rods 22, and there is flexibility in wiring, and the number of parts is small, making construction easier. It is easy and can reduce costs.
Regarding the reinforcement structure of the support legs 4,
A system disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 61-23560 is known, in which one of the reinforcing rods horizontally suspended between the upper ends of the support legs is bent into a substantially inverted trapezoidal shape.
The structure is such that the middle part is fixed by welding or other means to the other reinforcing rod that is suspended horizontally between the lower ends of the support legs.
For this reason, the reinforcing rods get in the way of wiring, and the cables can only be passed through the space above the middle part of one of the reinforcing rods, further posing the problem of troublesome construction and high costs. In this embodiment, as described above, these conventional problems can also be solved.

Now, based on FIGS. 1 to 4, support leg 4
This section explains how to adjust the height. First, the pedestal base 5 is fixed at a predetermined position on the reference floor surface 3 with adhesive. Next, after roughly adjusting the height by rotating the adjustment sleeve 8, the panel receiver 12 is loosely fitted into the adjustment sleeve 8, and the end of the stringer 20 is locked to the stringer locking member 16. Thereafter, the floor panel 2 is laid so that its peripheral portion is supported by the stringer 20 and the corner portion 2a is supported by the pedestal portion 13. After that, while looking at the flat construction status of the entire raised floor 1,
The height is readjusted by inserting a tool such as a screwdriver into the adjustment hole 17 from above the floor panel 2 and rotating the adjustment sleeve 8. At this time, the panel receiver 12 does not rotate because it is prevented from rotating by the engagement between the protrusion 14a and the engagement recess 2d, but moves in the vertical direction together with the adjustment sleeve 8. When this readjustment work is completed, the panel holding member 18 is fitted into the adjustment hole 17, and the bolt 19 is inserted through the hole 18a and screwed into the screw hole 10b. This results in
The floor panel 2 is prevented from rising, and the adjustment hole 17 is closed. Note that the partition plate can also be fixed onto the panel receiver 12 with bolts 19.

FIG. 8 shows an example in which a sound insulating barrier 31 is attached to the support leg 4. The sound insulation barrier 31 is constructed by filling a sound absorbing material 33 between two sound insulation plates 32 and 32, and arranging a receiving material 34 bent in a substantially U-shaped cross section at the lower end of the sound insulation plate 32. The supporting leg 4 is mounted between two sound insulating plates 32, 32. The lower end of the sound insulation board 32 is a receiving material 34
The sound insulating plate 32 is superimposed on the vertical plate portion 34a, and its lower end can be slid relative to the vertical plate portion 34a, and the upper end of the sound insulating plate 32 is provided with a locking hole 32a. The stopper hole 32a is engaged with the mounting hook 35 of the pedestal part 14, and the sound insulating plate 3
2 is suspended from support legs 4. Therefore, as the height of the support leg 4 is adjusted, the sound insulation plates 32, 32 can be moved in the vertical direction. That is,
The sound insulation barrier 31 has an adjustable structure that can correspond to the height adjustment of the support leg 4. The lower limit of the height adjustment is until the lower end of the sound insulating plate 32 comes into contact with the bottom plate part 34b of the receiving member 34, and the upper limit is until the lower end of the sound insulating plate 32 comes off the vertical plate part 34a of the receiving member 34. It is.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the floor panel support device of the present invention, the height of the support leg can be adjusted by rotating the height adjustment member from above the floor panel. After floor panels are installed, they can be readjusted and finished easily. Further, the screw mechanism for adjusting the height is located only at one location at the upper end of the support leg, which can reduce wobbling. Furthermore, by using a height adjustment member and loosely fitting the panel support into the height adjustment member, the panel support moves vertically together with the height adjustment member, so that the head of the height adjustment member is placed above the floor panel. There is no protrusion, and the adjustment range can be expanded by setting the length of the height adjustment member to be large. Furthermore, since the height adjustment is performed at the assembly of the floor panels, adjacent panels can be adjusted to the same level at the same time, making adjustment easy.
