A configuration is shown in which the display can be performed by detecting body vibrations. However, depending on the mounting direction or mounting position of the vibration detector or the phase shift of the vibration detection circuit, a difference may occur between the actual unbalanced position of the rotating body and its displayed position. Therefore,
In order to make the display on the display easier to see, it is necessary to correct the display position to the actual unbalanced position based on the above-mentioned phase fluctuation value.

When you rotate the display 1, as shown in Figure 2,
On 2, the amount of runout of A is displayed numerically, and
An indicator 14 of the indexed position of θa° is displayed.
Next, when a weight of weight W is attached to the index position of θo° and the rotating bodies 3 and 4 are rotated, the display 12
At the top, a display 14 indicating the deflection amount of B and the indexed position of θb° is displayed. Therefore, if vector OC is derived based on vector OA and vector OB, this vector OC will indicate the position and amount of action of the weight on the display. Therefore, the phase fluctuation value of the indicator 12 can be determined by the difference (θc - θo)° between the acting position θc° of the weight on the display and the actual mounting position θo°. Therefore, after operating the correction means 21 based on this phase fluctuation value, if the rotating bodies 3 and 4 are rotated with the weights removed, the display 1
The display body 14 on 2 is displayed at the actual unbalanced position of the rotating bodies 3, 4.

As shown in FIG. 7, when the power switch 20 of the display 12 is turned on, initial settings are made in step S1. After that, it is determined in step S2 whether or not the adjustment mode has been set by operating the mode selection switch 35. If the adjustment mode is not designed, that is, if the measurement mode is set, the process proceeds from step S3 to step S15 shown in FIG. 8, where processing for balance measurement and display is executed.

Here, the operator first rotates the spindle 3 without attaching the weight to the grinding wheel 4 according to the operation order, so if the condition setting switch 36 is switched to the position with the weight attached at this time, the step
At S5, an operation error is displayed on the numerical display section 16. On the other hand, if the condition setting switch 36 is correctly operated to the no weight position, the step
Proceeding to S6, by measuring and comparing the pulse intervals of the origin detection pulses output from the origin detection sensor 10, it is determined whether the rotational speeds of the spindle 3 and the grindstone 4 are in a stable state. When the rotation of the spindle 3 and grindstone 4 becomes stable, the measurement and display routine of step S7 is entered.
Each process after step S15 to be described later is executed based on FIG. 8, and the maximum value of the unbalance of the rotating bodies 3 and 4 is determined based on the vibrations generated as the spindle 3 and grindstone 4 rotate without weights. and the position where the unbalance occurs are detected, the maximum unbalance is displayed on the numerical display section 10, and the indexed position indicator 14 of the unbalance occurrence position is displayed blinking.

The amount and position of , that is, its vector data (OA shown in Figure 2) are
It is temporarily stored in RAM26. Then, the operator temporarily stops the rotation of the spindle 3 and the grindstone 4 in this state, and after attaching a weight of the standard weight to the grindstone 4 at a predetermined angular position from the origin (θo° shown in Fig. 2), The condition setting switch 36 is switched to the weight on position and the spindle 3 is rotated again.

調整モードにおける一連の処理が終了する。 Subsequently, when it is confirmed in step S11 that the rotation of the spindle 3 and grindstone 4 is stabilized, the process proceeds to step S12, and similarly to step S7, the unbalance vector ( OB) shown in Figure 2 is measured and displayed. Then, in step S13, the vector of unbalance caused by the weight (OC shown in Figure 2) is calculated based on the vector data with the weight and the vector data without the weight, and the amount is displayed on the numerical display section 16, and the indexed position indicator 14 at that position (the angle of θc° shown in FIG. 2) is also displayed. Subsequently, when the ON operation of the hold switch 19 is confirmed in step S14, the display state is maintained as described above, and then the process returns to step S2 to complete the series of processing in the adjustment mode.

It can be recognized as a phase variation value between the balance display position and the actual unbalance position. Therefore, by rotating the number ring 23 by an angle corresponding to the phase fluctuation value in the position controller 21, the shift in the display phase of the display 12 during the subsequent balance measurement work can be eliminated. The unbalance display position by the indexing position display 14 can be made to accurately match the actual unbalance position, and the display can be easily seen and balancing work can be easily performed.

By measuring and comparing the pulse intervals of origin detection pulses output from the grinding wheel 3, the rotational speed of the spindle 3 and the grindstone 4 is detected, and it is determined whether or not the rotation is in a stable state. Then, in step S22, the center frequency of the bandpass filter 33 of the filter circuit 29 is adjusted so as to be synchronized with the rotational speed of the spindle 3 detected in step S21.

In S36, the index position where the maximum shake amount has occurred is corrected based on the data corrected by the operation of the position controller 21. In step S37, the maximum shake amount data is converted into a numerical value that can be displayed on the shake amount display section 16. In step S38, it is determined whether the maximum runout amount is greater than or equal to a reference value, and if it is greater than or equal to the reference value, the step S38 is performed.
Proceeding to S39, the maximum shake amount is displayed on the shake amount display section 16, and the indexed position indicator 14 corresponding to the corrected maximum shake amount occurrence position is displayed blinking. Note that at this time, not only the display body 14 at the maximum shake amount occurrence position but also other display bodies 14 adjacent within a predetermined range centering on this display body 14 are displayed. However, while the other display bodies 14 are lit, the center display 14 is a blinking display, making it easy to confirm the position where the maximum shake amount occurs.

Since it also shows the displayed swing amount of the weight, by finding the ratio between the swing amount and the weight's actual weight W, it is possible to convert the swing amount of the rotating body into weight based on this ratio. can. Therefore,

By attaching it to the angular position of the rotating body that corresponds to the displayed index position indicator 14, it is possible to easily eliminate the unbalance of the rotating body.

支障なく行うことができる。 Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, the index position indicators 14 on the display 12 are arranged so that the angle increases as the clockwise direction progresses, but the rotation direction of the spindle 3 of a grinding machine etc. depends on the model. Therefore, they are different. In this case, if a rotation direction changeover switch is provided on the display 12 and the switch is selectively operated according to the rotation direction of the rotating body, the data collection conditions will be the same, and a single banglas display will show the rotation direction. Balancing work for many types of rotating bodies with different values can be performed without any problem.
