(57)【要約】 【目的】 容器の開口部を密封する膜とこれを保護する

の装置を提供する。 【構成】 導管手段が、容器の放出壁の開口内の弾性チ
ユーブを含み、容器からの液体の流れを可能にする開位
置と該容器からの液体の流れを阻止する閉位置とを有
し、板手段が、該導管手段の長手方向軸線の半径方向に
該導管手段に係合し、該板手段の独立的な回転に応答し
て上記開位置及び上記閉位置の一方に該導管手段を移動
せしめる、該板手段の回転軸線からずれている一体のカ
ム手段を含む。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、後混合飲料分配システムにおいて使用される液体を分配するための 装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来技術及びその課題】
先行技術の装置の一例は、１９８０年８月１２日発行の米国特許第４，２１６ ，８８５号に開示されている。この米国特許の装置は、後混合分配装置内に包含 された別個の弁組立体で使用されるように設計されている。弁組立体は、シロッ プ容器が、弁組立体に付随する受け口にプラグを差し込まれる時に、シロップ容 器の放出端部において膜を破るる穴抜き装置を有する。
【０００３】 上記米国特許に開示された弁組立体は、極めて良く作動するが、シロップ容器 と一体に設けられる安価な弁組立体を提供し、上記米国特許のシロップ容器の一 部分である破られる膜とその保護キャップを除去することが望ましい。
【０００４】 従って、シロップ容器の放出端に設けられる弁組立体を含む液体を分配するた めの装置を提供することが、本考案の主な目的である。
【０００５】 高信頼性を達成し、かつ容器の価格を合理的範囲内に維持するために、最小数 の可動部分を有する液体を分配するための装置を提供することが、本考案の他の 目的である。

【課題を達成するための手段】
本考案に従うと、上記のとおりの目的が、 容器の放出壁を介して液体を分配する装置において、 該容器の該放出壁の開口内の弾性チユーブを含み、該容器からの液体の流れを 可能にする開位置と該容器からの液体の流れを阻止する閉位置とを有する導管手 段と、 該放出壁に隣接する板手段であって、該放出壁によって規定される平面に平行 な平面において回転軸線の回りを独立的に回転することができる板手段とを具備 し、 該板手段が、該導管手段の長手方向軸線の半径方向に該導管手段に係合し、該 板手段の独立的な回転に応答して上記開位置及び上記閉位置の一方に該導管手段 を移動せしめる、該板手段の回転軸線からずれている一体のカム手段を含み、 該一体のカム手段が、該板手段の上記独立的な回転に応答して、該導管手段の 長手方向軸線の半径方向に該導管手段を締め付けて、上記閉位置を達成し、上記 半径方向に該チユーブから離れる方向に動いて、上記開位置を達成する ことを特徴とする液体を分配するための装置 を提供することによって達成される。

【実施例】
本考案は、以下に与えられた詳細な説明と、例示のみのために与えられ、本考 案を制限するものではない添付図面とから充分に理解されるであろう。
【０００８】 図１には、シロップ容器１０の要部が示されている。このシロップ容器１０の 動作は、米国特許第４，２１６，８８５号のシロップ容器の動作と同様である。 図１のシロップ容器１０は、放出ネックと放出壁とを備えた、全体を１６で示し た弁組立体を備えている。図３に示したとおり、回転可能な板２２が、放出壁２ １に固定されたピン２６においてジャーナル支持されている。即ち、回転可能な 板２２は、軸として作用するピン２６の回りで回転する。
【０００９】 弁組立体は、シロップ容器１０の放出壁２１を通って通過する穴２１Ｂ内のニ ップル４２に配置された弾性チユーブ４０を備えている。回転可能な板２２は、 図３に示したとおり、シロップ容器１０からのシロップの通路を妨げるために、 通常、弾性チューブ４０を閉位置に保持するようにはさむ突起２２Ｐを備えてい る。適切なスナップ移動止め機構（図示せず）が、板２２と突起２２Ｐを図３（ Ａ）に示された閉位置に保持するために、放出壁２１と回転板２２の間に設けら れる。図１の実施態様における如く、作動タブ２４が、図２の破線位置に回転さ れる時、スロット２２Ｓ内の突起２２Ｐは、弾性チユーブ４０との連結から移動 し、弾性チユーブ４０を開状態にして、シロップ容器１０からのシロップの流れ を可能にする。
【００１０】 好ましくは、本考案に従う装置の全構成要素は、多様な形式の安価なプラスチ ック材料によって作成される。
【００１１】 こうして考案が記載されたが、同一物は多数の方法で変更されることは明らか であろう。そのような変更は、考案の精神と範囲からの逸脱としてみなされない が、当業者には明らかな如く、そのような変更は総て、実用新案登録請求の範囲 内に含められることが意図されている。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 容器の放出壁を介して液体を分配する装
    置において、 該容器の該放出壁の開口内の弾性チユーブを含み、該容
    器からの液体の流れを可能にする開位置と該容器からの
    液体の流れを阻止する閉位置とを有する導管手段と、 該放出壁に隣接する板手段であって、該放出壁によって
    規定される平面に平行な平面において回転軸線の回りを
    独立的に回転することができる板手段とを具備し、 該板手段が、該導管手段の長手方向軸線の半径方向に該
    導管手段に係合し、該板手段の独立的な回転に応答して
    上記開位置及び上記閉位置の一方に該導管手段を移動せ
    しめる、該板手段の回転軸線からずれている一体のカム
    手段を含み、 該一体のカム手段が、該板手段の上記独立的な回転に応
    答して、該導管手段の長手方向軸線の半径方向に該導管
    手段を締め付けて、上記閉位置を達成し、上記半径方向
    に該チユーブから離れる方向に動いて、上記開位置を達
    成することを特徴とする液体を分配するための装置。
