Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 イ 産業上の利用分野 本発明は多成分物質、特に外科用組織接着剤
(surgical histoadhesive)を投与するスプレーヘ
ツドに関する。
ロ 従来の技術および発明が解決しようとする問
題点 外科用組織接着剤を投与する装置は欧州特許第
0037393号明細書から知られている。フイブリノ
ゲン溶液およびトロンビン溶液のような成分のた
めのシリンジ要素は円錐形部分を介してスプレー
ヘツドの送出チヤンネルに接続されている。この
スプレーヘツドは、該スプレーヘツドの内部を二
つの分岐部に区別するガス供給チヤンネルを有し
ている。二つの分岐部の導出開口部は送出チヤン
ネルの口部の領域に配置されかつ相互に所定の角
度をなして配置されかつ成分の導出開口部に対し
て直角に向けられている。シリンジ要素(往復動
ポンプ)を通して送られる成分はガスによりスプ
レーされる。スプレー用円錐形部分は、スプレー
の軸線が形成する角度の大きさの如何により、成
分を一緒に混合しかつ該成分が互いに反応しあう
送出チヤンネルの口部から多少とも離れた距離に
おいて結合している。このスプレーヘツドは、満
足な結果を得ようとすれば、スプレーしようとす
る対象物をスプレージエツトの交差点に正確に配
置しなければならないので、正確なスプレーを行
うことができないという点で不利である。
ハ 問題を解決するための手段 本発明は上記の不利点を解消するための対策を
提供することである。本発明によれば、特許請求
の範囲に記載されているように、その目的はガス
接続部を備えたガスチヤンネルを有し、隔離用ウ
エブにより該隔離用ウエブに平行に延びる複数個
のチヤンネルに区分され、これらのチヤンネル内
にカニユーレを収納するボアホールが開口し、カ
ニユーレの開口端部がスプレーヘツドのガスチヤ
ンネルに平行に配置されたカニユーレを導くため
のみぞの中に導入され、かつ隔離用ウエブがチヤ
ンネルの端部を越えて突出したスプレーヘツドに
より達成される。カニユーレのボアホールは隔離
用ウエブに平行に延びるチヤンネル中に角度α≦
90°で開口することができる。
本発明により得られる利点は、特に、隔離用ウ
エブの端部の直下の成分の融合により細長い円錐
形のスプレーが得られそれにより成分を均一に混
合しかつ近接位置からの低いスプレー圧力によつ
ても対象物を正確にスプレーすることができるこ
とである。また、この隔離用ウエブは、異なる成
分が相互に早期接触してチヤンネルの閉塞が生ず
ることを回避する作用をする。このスプレーヘツ
ドは隔離用ウエブの端部を通過した後に成分から
その場で形成された外科手術用組織接着剤を投与
するために特に好適である。
ニ 実施例および作用 本発明をその一実施例を示す添付図面について
以下にさらに詳細に説明する。
スプレーヘツド1は、ガス接続部3を備えたガ
スチヤンネル2を有している。ガスチヤンネル2
内には、隔離用ウエブ4が配置されている。隔離
用ウエブ4はガスチヤンネルを該隔離用ウエブに
平行に延びる複数個のチヤンネル2a,2bに区
分している。チヤンネル2a,2b中にはカニユ
ーレ6,6aを収納するボアホール5,5aが開
口している。カニユーレ2,2aをスプレーヘツ
ド内に導くために、ボアホール5,5aの開口端
部はスプレーヘツド1のガスチヤンネル2に平行
に配置されたみぞ7,7a中に延びている。成分
の早期混合を阻止するために、隔離用ウエブ4は
チヤンネルの端部9,9aを越えて突出してい
る。凹部8,8aはカニユーレをボアホール中に
挿入する役目をする。カニユーレ6,6aは、挿
入後、みぞ7,7a内に留められかつ所定位置に
固定される。カニユーレ6,6aの先端部12,
12aは隔離用ウエブ4と衝接しかつカニユーレ
の傾斜した開口部11,11aはガスの流れる方
向に向けられている。スプレーヘツド1から突出
した隔離用ウエブ4の端部10は所定角度に形成
しまたは丸く形成することができる。成分Aおよ
びBはカニユーレ6,6aを通してガスチヤンネ
ル6,6aに送られ、ガス(空気)に連行されか
つ隔離用ウエブ4の端部10の後方で渦流を発生
してそれにより成分AおよびBが反応しあうこと
ができる。符号13はスプレーパターンを示しか
つ符号14,14aは成分AおよびBのための使
い棄てシリンジを示す。もしも多成分物質が三種
またはそれ以上の成分からなつていれば、ガスチ
ヤンネル2が成分の数により区分されるように隔
離用ウエブ4を横断面形状が三角形または多角形
になるように設計することができる。凹部および
みぞを備えた同一数のボアホールはこれらのチヤ
ンネル中に開口している。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1 スプレーヘツド1がガス接続部3を備えたガ
    スチヤンネル2を有し、ガスチヤンネル2が隔離
    用ウエブ4により該隔離用ウエブに平行に延びる
    複数個のチヤンネル2a,2bに区分され、これ
    らのチヤンネル2a,2b中にカニユーレ6,6
    aを収納するためのボアホール5,5aが開口
    し、スプレーヘツド1内のガスチヤンネル2に平
    行に配置されたカニユーレ6,6aを導くために
    ボアホール5,5aの開口端部がみぞ7,7a内
    に延びかつ隔離用ウエブ4がチヤンネルの端部
    9,9aを越えて突出した、多成分物質をガスに
    より投与するためのスプレーヘツド。
