搬出に際しては、物品搬送コンベアによって次々と搬送
されて来る物品は物品振り分けスペースに一旦降ろされ
た後、フォークリフト等によって当該物品が載せられる
トラックに積み込まれる。即ち、同一のトラックに載せ
られる物品が常に連続して物品搬送コンベアによって搬
送されるということは希であるので、物品搬送コンベア
とトラック停止ステーションとの間にはフォークリフト
等の走行を許容する広さの物品振り分けスペースが形成
されているのである。他方、物品の搬入に際しては、ト
ラックの物品は物品振り分けスペースに一旦降ろされた
後、フォークリフト等によって指定された物品搬送コン
ベアに載せられる。即ち、トラックに載せられていた全
ての物品が同一の物品搬送コンベアによって搬送される
ということは希であるので、トラック停止ステーション
と物品搬送コンベアとの間にはフォークリフト等の走行
を許容する広さの物品振り分けスペースが形成されてい

性を考慮して設けられたトラック止めのため、トラック
を物品搬送コンベアに接続することは出来ないものであ
