The present invention relates to a power supply circuit, and more particularly to a power supply circuit that prevents the influence of input voltage fluctuations and load fluctuations of a supplied DC power supply.

[Prior Art]

As shown in FIG. 2, the conventional power supply circuit detects a direct current power source 1 and an output voltage Vo of the direct current power source 1 with resistors R12 and R13, and compares them with a reference voltage set by Zener diodes ZD and R11. The detection circuit 4 including the transistor Q5 and the control circuit 13 for controlling the compared signal and keeping the output constant are provided.

First, the resistors R12 and 13 of the detection circuit 3 divide the voltage to detect a change in the output voltage Vo, compare the difference between the reference voltage set by the Zener diode ZD and the detected output voltage Vo, and The signals are received by the Darlington-connected transistors Q2 and Q3 of the control circuit 13 and controlled to a constant voltage via the transistor Q4 and resistors R6 to R10.

Since the internal resistance r of the transistor Q2 changes according to the base voltage Vb of the transistor Q3, the collector current I3 of the transistor Q5 flows through the resistor R14 through the transistor Q4 and the resistors R7, R9, and R10, and the voltage of the resistor R14 rises. The drop causes the base voltage Vb of the transistor Q3 to change, thereby controlling the internal resistance r of the transistor Q2.

【0005】[0005]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

As described above, the output voltage Vo (Vo = Vi-Vc) obtained by the difference between the input voltage Vi of the conventional power supply circuit and the collector-emitter voltage Vc of the transistor Q2 is: the collector-emitter voltage Vc of the transistor Q2. Is greatly affected by changes in.

The collector-emitter voltage Vc of the transistor Q2 is determined by the internal resistance r of the transistor Q2, and the current I3 is passed through the resistor R14 to change the base voltage Vb of the transistor Q3 by the voltage drop of the resistor R14. The value of the internal resistance r of the transistor Q2 is determined.

That is, the current I3 flowing through the resistor R14 and the output voltage Vo are greatly related.

Therefore, when the input voltage Vi of the conventional power supply circuit is reduced to about 15%, it decreases in proportion to the value of the current I3 flowing through the resistor R14, and the internal resistance r of the transistor Q2 cannot be controlled. It decreases to the current value.

Finally, the voltage value becomes Vb> Vi, and the current I3 flowing through the resistor R14 starts to flow backward, and the current value changes. Therefore, there is a problem that the output voltage Vo cannot maintain a constant value and decreases. It was

A detection circuit 4 for comparing the reference voltage set by the resistor R11 and the Zener diode ZD with the transistor Q5, and an output signal from the detection circuit 4 is shown by the resistors R5 to R10, the capacitor C, and the transistors Q2 to Q4. The control circuit 3 for controlling the output voltage Vo to be set to the reference voltage by the series circuit, the series circuit of the first and second resistors R1 and R2 connected to both ends of the input of the control circuit 3, and the second resistor R2. The current control is provided with a transistor Q1 having a collector and an emitter connected to both ends of the transistor Q3, and third and fourth resistors R3 and R4 for setting the base voltage of the transistor Q1. And the circuit 2.

Next, the operation of the power supply circuit according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, the output voltage Vo of the DC power supply 1 is divided and detected by the resistors R12 and R13 of the detection circuit 4, and is detected from the reference voltage and the output voltage Vo set by the Zener diode ZD. The difference from the detected output is compared by the transistor Q5, and the Darlington-connected transistors Q2 and Q3 of the control circuit 3 are controlled to a constant voltage by this comparison signal.

Further, the base current of the transistor Q3 of the control circuit 3 is controlled by the current control circuit 1, and the third and fourth resistors R3 and R4 connected to the base from the output end of the DC power supply 1 and the ground make the transistor Q1. When the input voltage Vi decreases by 10% or less, the current I1 flows through the first and second resistors R1 and R2, and when the input voltage Vi decreases by 10% or more, the transistor Q1 turns on. As a result, the current I2 flows only through the first resistor R1.

Therefore, in the power supply circuit of one embodiment according to the present invention, when the output voltage Vo decreases by 10% or more, the transistor Q1 turns on, and the current I2 flows only through the first resistor R1 so that the base voltage Vb of the transistor Q3. Is controlled and the fluctuation of the output voltage Vo is suppressed to a small extent, and ripples in the vicinity of the decrease of the output voltage Vo by 0 to 7% are prevented by the series resistance with the first and second resistors R1 and R2.

Next, a conventional power supply circuit will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 2 shows a circuit diagram of a conventional power supply circuit.

As shown in FIG. 2, the conventional power supply circuit detects a direct current power source 1, an output voltage Vo of the direct current power source 1 with resistors R12 and R13, and a reference voltage set by Zener diodes ZD and R11. The detection circuit 4 composed of the transistor Q5 for comparison and the control circuit 13 for controlling the compared signal and keeping the output constant.

First, the resistors R12 and 13 of the detection circuit 3 divide the voltage to detect variations in the output voltage Vo, compare the difference between the reference voltage set by the Zener diode ZD and the detected output voltage Vo, and The signals are received by the Darlington-connected transistors Q2 and Q3 of the control circuit 13 and controlled to a constant voltage via the transistor Q4 and resistors R6 to R10.

Since the internal resistance r of the transistor Q2 changes according to the base voltage Vb of the transistor Q3, the collector current I3 of the transistor Q5 flows through the resistor R14 via the transistor Q4 and the resistors R7, R9, R10, and The drop causes the base voltage Vb of the transistor Q3 to change, thereby controlling the internal resistance r of the transistor Q2.

However, since the base current of the transistor Q3 of the control circuit 13 is determined by the resistance division of the resistors R14 and R5, it greatly affects the fluctuation of the input voltage Vi, and when the input voltage Vi decreases by 10 to 15%, The current value of the current I3 decreases and the output voltage Vo cannot be kept constant.

[Effect of the device]

As described above, according to the power supply circuit of the present invention, the output of the DC power supply is divided by two resistors, and when the output voltage decreases by less than 10% of the predetermined value, the two resistors are connected in series. When the output voltage decreases by more than 10% of the specified value, the transistor is turned on to short-circuit one resistance, and the fluctuation of the output of the DC power supply is slightly suppressed, and the output voltage is 0% of the specified value. Ripple around 7% reduction is effectively prevented by connecting two resistors in series.
