2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a knitted fabric using a polyester / cotton mixed yarn has a cotton mixing ratio of about 30 to 65% by weight and its pilling performance is about the first grade (JIS-L-1076A,
It was ICI method 5 hr). Therefore, as a method of improving the anti-pill performance, methods such as reducing the knot strength of polyester and coating the surface of the knitted fabric with resin are taken, but the strength of the knitted fabric is significantly reduced, and the texture is rough. There were drawbacks such as hardening and poor wash resistance.

In view of the problems of the conventional knitted fabrics, the present invention provides a knitted fabric excellent in pilling performance without lowering the strength of the knitted fabric and without damaging the texture. To aim.

[Means for Solving the Problems] That is, according to the present invention, a polyester-based short fiber having a single yarn fineness of 1.0 to 2.5 den and a cotton fiber have a composition ratio such that the mixing ratio of the cotton fiber is 75 to 90% by weight of the whole. 2. A method for producing an anti-pill knitted fabric, which comprises blend-spinning in a twist coefficient range of 3.0 to 4.5, and then knitting after knitting.

The mixing ratio of the polyester type short fibers and the cotton fibers in the present invention is 10 to 25% by weight / 75 to 90% by weight. If the mixing ratio of the cotton fibers is less than 75% by weight, the polyester type short fibers are melted during the calcination process, the texture becomes coarse and hard, and the cloth is liable to be soiled, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if the mixing ratio of the cotton fibers exceeds 90% by weight, the spinnability is deteriorated, the uniformity of the spun yarn is deteriorated, and weft steps and stains are generated, which is not preferable.
Further, the dimensional stability after repeated washing is poor and the texture becomes coarse and hard. The cotton fiber content is preferably 80 to 90% by weight.

Among the above-mentioned spun yarns, polyester short fibers having a single yarn fineness of 1.0 to 2.5 den are selected.
If it is less than 1.0 den, the fabric is easily soiled and pilling is likely to occur, which is not preferable. Even if it exceeds 2.5 den, pilling is likely to occur and the texture becomes coarse and hard, which is not preferable. It is preferably 1.5 to 2.0 den.

The polyester / cotton blend spun yarn is 3.0-
A twist having a twist coefficient K (= twist number / inch) in the range of 4.5 is applied. If the twist coefficient is less than 3.0, the yarn strength decreases,
The strength of the knitted fabric is also lowered, and fluffing easily occurs, and pilling easily occurs. On the other hand, if the twist coefficient exceeds 4.5, the torque of the yarn becomes strong, the fabric may be inclined, and the texture may be hard, which is not preferable. A twist coefficient of 3.5 to 4.0 is particularly preferable.

The spun yarn is knitted as the main knitting yarn. The knitting structure is not particularly limited, but a smooth structure, a plain cloth, a double face and the like are preferable. Also, the basis weight is 180-
260 g / m 2 is preferred. Next, the above knitted fabric is subjected to a hair-burning process. The conditions for the hair-burning process are to burn the fluff on the surface with a gas burner equipped with a water-cooled roller (eg, Sanjet Iron Burner manufactured by Shanto Tekko Co., Ltd.).

6) A 30'S / 1 knitting yarn was knitted on a double-sided circular knitting machine having a diameter of 30 inches and a gauge of 24 gauge to knit a smooth structure. For comparison, the above cotton ratios were changed to 100%, 70% and 50%, respectively, and spun under the same conditions as in the example to make a knitting yarn and knitting in the same manner. * T vertical W horizontal ** Change in feeling ○ Almost no change △ Slightly harder × Very harder As is clear from Table 2 above, the examples of the present invention have pilling and antifouling properties. Cotton 10 of Comparative Example-1 which is excellent and has little dimensional change even after repeated washing and has no change in texture.
The 0% product undergoes repeated dimensional changes and undergoes large dimensional changes and becomes hard to the touch. In Comparative Examples-2 and 3, since the composition ratio of the ester short fibers is high, the anti-fouling property is lacking, so that it easily stains during wearing, the pilling property is low, and the appearance remarkably deteriorates. When the hair is burnt, the ester short fibers are melted and the texture becomes coarse and hard. (In the examples, since the content of the ester short fibers is low by calcination, the fibers are protected by the cotton fibers to cause partial heat shrinkage and improve the fiber convergence without changing the texture, resulting in good pilling property. )
