Conventionally, in steel frame structures using panel materials made of foam or lightweight concrete such as ALC plates, plates with holes are attached to the steel beams by welding, etc., and short steel rods such as reinforcing bars are passed through the holes in the plates. In this configuration, the joints of the installed panels are filled with mortar and fixed.
Steel bars do not connect opposing steel beams to each other. Since the hardware (plates) on steel beams are flat plates, they have low rigidity and strength against lateral forces. Therefore, it is impossible to provide the horizontal rigidity and yield strength of the entire floor slab to the panel material, and as shown in Fig. 1, the horizontal braces 3 bear the horizontal rigidity of the frame, and the steady rest members 4 are used to support the beams. 2 was restrained from buckling.

However, conventional structures do not utilize the in-plane rigidity and yield strength of panel materials. Therefore, there are problems in that the cost is high due to the use of members such as braces and steady rests, and they also get in the way, making ceiling finishing and piping work difficult.

This idea was devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it was possible to ensure the horizontal rigidity and strength of the entire floor with the panel material itself, and at the same time, it had the effect of restraining the buckling of the beam material. It is something.
That is, in a floor or roof slab constructed using a plurality of panel materials made of foam or lightweight concrete, a rectangular supporting metal having a bottom plate is installed at a predetermined position on the upper flange of the steel beam to connect the bottom plate with bolts and nuts. When the panel material is fixed at a predetermined position, its corners are cut into rectangular shapes and the corner portions are laid between the steel beams with the corner portions attached to the support hardware, and the support hardware on the opposing steel beams is connected to each other. A rigid slab characterized by being bonded together with steel rods, the steel rods being placed in the joints of panel materials, and the joints filled with mortar to integrally connect the steel rods and the panel materials. This eliminates the need for the above-mentioned members such as braces and steady rests.

Any material can be used as long as it can restrain the corner portions of the panel material and has a certain degree of rigidity. Such supporting metal fittings are easily manufactured by cutting square steel pipes to an appropriate length or combining steel plates, and fixing them by welding or the like to a bottom plate with bolt insertion holes drilled at the lower end. The bottom plate of this support hardware is easily fixed to the steel beam with bolts and nuts.

Figure 2 shows a plan view of the floor of a steel frame in an embodiment of this invention, in which a set of bolt insertion holes are installed in the upper flange of beam 2 at a predetermined pitch (in this figure, the width of the ALC plate). 5 is drilled. Then, using the bolt insertion holes 5, a square columnar support metal fitting 6 is fixed with bolts 9 and nuts 10, to which a base plate 7 having bolt insertion holes 8 formed at required positions of the beam 2 is fixed to the lower end. Then, at the required position, the corner portion is cut out into a rectangular shape so as to follow the support metal fitting 6, and the ALC plate 15 is laid. thus,
