[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a corner panel used for corners of buildings, houses, storage rooms, etc. In conventional corner panels, L
The structure was such that the letter-shaped panels were fixed by hammering nails into the decorative surface. As a result, the decorative surface became uneven and damaged due to pouring, resulting in damage to the paint film and rust. Furthermore, since the nail head is exposed on the decorative surface, water and the like can enter through the nail hole and corrode the nail, the decorative panel, and the base material. For this reason, corner panels are used that elastically engage the cover using fittings. In this panel, the fixtures are fixed to the corners with nails, and since the cover is arranged by elasticity with the fixtures, the nails are not visible from the decorative surface, which is effective both in terms of appearance and waterproofing. However, since the fittings are attached to the cover during packaging, there is a drawback that the fittings may fall off from the end of the cover during transportation. For this reason, in the past, when packaging, it was necessary to attach the fixture to the cover and then attach it with adhesive tape or the like. Also, if you do this,
There was an inconvenience that the fittings could not be removed smoothly during construction. The present invention relates to a corner panel that eliminates the disadvantages of troublesome packaging, inconvenience during construction, and attachments coming off during transportation, and is excellent in terms of waterproofness and appearance. The corner panel according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway external perspective view of an embodiment of the corner panel according to the present invention after construction, in which 1 is a square column, 2 is a rim, and 3 is an exterior material, for example, male and female structures. It is an exterior material for vertical or horizontal installation that has a connecting part,
The length is about 909-3636mm, the width is about 150-450mm,
It is made of a single material or a composite material with a thickness of about 5 to 150 mm. Reference numeral 4 denotes a fixture, which is a short thin metal plate, such as a surface-treated steel plate (thickness: 0.2 to 0.6 mm), zinc, aluminum alloy plated steel plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, copper plate, spring steel plate, etc. It is mainly used to lock a cover (described later) in plural pieces, and also functions as a guide and reinforcing member for the cover. To explain further , as shown in FIG .
The fixing part 7 is formed into an angular shape of ≒90° and has a chevron-shaped cross section, and the tips of the supporting surfaces 5 and 6 protrude outward to form a hook-like cross-sectional shape at an angle θ 2 (90 to 160°). θ 3 (10
It consists of a locking part 9 that is inclined at an angle of ~80°) and that can exhibit elasticity as a free end.
If necessary, reinforcing parts 10 are provided at the base ends of the support surfaces 5 and 6 so as to have a substantially triangular cross-sectional shape, and nail driving holes 11 are provided at arbitrary positions on the support surfaces. To explain in more detail, the outer surface 8
In order to contact and lock the cover to be described later, its tip 8a is inclined in a shape approaching the root direction of the support surfaces 5 and 6, making it easy to engage and easy to elastically deform as a free end. It is something. Reference numeral 12 denotes a cover, which is made of the same material as the fixture 4 and is made of a long steel plate formed into a continuous gutter shape, and mainly functions as a decorative surface and a waterproof material. To explain further, the cover 12 has a decorative surface 13 formed in the shape of a mountain as shown in FIG.
Tongue piece 1 formed parallel to support surfaces 5 and 6
It consists of an engaging part 16 with a number 5. Reference numeral 17 denotes a hook part, and the tip of the tongue piece 15, that is, the attachment part 4 , is placed at a position Δl (preferably about 0 to 200 mm, although not particularly limited) from one end of the cover 12 to at least one of the tongue pieces 15. This is provided to prevent the portion that contacts the locking portion 9 from being continuous, and to prevent the fixture 4 from falling off from the end of the cover 12 . To explain in more detail, the corner panel consisting of the fixture 4 and the cover 12 is packed and shipped with the fixture 4 attached to the cover 12 in advance, without separating the fixture and the cover. In this way, when the corner panel is transported vertically or at an angle, the weight of the fixture 4 itself and the engaging part serve as a guide, and the fixture 4 gradually slides away from the end of the cover 12 . It may fall out. As a way to prevent this, when attaching the fixture 4 to the cover 12 , attach the fixture 4 with adhesive tape or the like.
However, this method requires the hassle of cutting and pasting adhesive tape during packaging, and is inconvenient in that the fixture 4 cannot be removed smoothly during construction. For this reason, in the corner panel according to the present invention, the end of the tongue piece 15 where the fixture 4 and the cover 12 are in contact is not made in a straight line, but a convex part is provided in the middle, as shown by the arrow in FIG. A catch part 17 is provided to prevent the fixture 4 from sliding onto the end of the cover 15 in the A direction and falling off. The shape of the hook part 17 is as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b.
A convex portion is provided on the inner surface of 5. However, the height of the convex portion is preferably such that the cover 12 can be slid by manually applying force to the fixture 4 . Further, the hooking portion 17 may be provided not only at one location but also at the tongue pieces 15 on both sides, or at a position Δl from both ends of the cover 12 . Next, construction examples will be explained. As shown in FIG.
Construct a corner frame fixed with. Next, the exterior material 3 is fixed to the rim 2 through nails 18 so as to intersect perpendicularly at the corners. Therefore, a plurality of fixtures 4 having the shape shown in FIG. 2 are fixed to the corner portions formed in the angular shape of the exterior material 3 via nails 18 at a pitch of about 600 mm. Next, they are engaged as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 5, and rotated in the direction of the arrow B around this engaging portion to engage as shown by the solid line in FIG. 5 to form a corner portion. Alternatively, although not shown, the cover can be formed by simply placing the cover on the fixture and pressing it. Note that even when constructed in this manner, the hitch portions 17 do not appear on the surface, so it is possible to form a corner portion that has a clean appearance and is free from problems in terms of waterproofing. As described above, according to the corner panel according to the present invention, the edges of the exterior material at the corners can be securely fixed to the frame or the prism by hitting the top of the head without flapping, and moreover, the mounting tool can be attached to the corner of the corner of the corner of the nail. It can be installed easily and reliably by hammering, and it can be installed by checking the positional relationship. Furthermore, it can be easily engaged and integrated by engaging one end of the cover and rotating the other end, or simply placing it and pressing it. It is characterized by a corner structure with excellent waterproof and anti-corrosion properties, with no head appearing at the corners. In addition, the installation is very simple as it is integrated using the elastic deformation of the mounting tool and the cover.
A strong corner structure can be achieved. Furthermore, the fittings do not fall off from one end of the cover during transportation, and it is possible to prevent the fittings from being lost, scattered at the site, and damaged or scratched by being stepped on. Further, since the hit portion does not appear on the surface at all, it is possible to form a corner portion with an excellent appearance.
