【効果】 建築現場での、スミつけ作業、接着作業がな
くなり、施工技術の未熟による失敗も防ぐことができ
る。

【従来の技術】 従来建物の内装材としての巾木を取付ける一つの方法 として、接着剤を塗布して行う圧着工法がある。その接着剤は速乾 性のものとして合成ゴム系、非速乾性のものとして酢酸ビニール系 のものが使われている。この接着工程は、以下の手順で行われる。 1. 床面より巾木の高さの壁面にスミを打ち、貼りつけのレベルを つける。 2.(イ)壁面レベルより下に、はみ出さないように均一に接着剤を塗 布する。 (ロ)巾木の裏面に均一に接着材を塗布する。 (ハ)接着剤表面の乾燥を待つ。 3. 巾木上端をレベル線に合わせて貼りつける。 4. ハンドローラーで圧着する。 尚、速乾性接着材を使用する場合は、(ロ)及び(ハ)の工程が増 える。2.
