【実施例】 以下、本考案の実施例を具体的に説明する。 本考案の実施例1を図1に示す。1は印字体保持枠で、金属、合成樹脂製等であ る。2は印字体であり、インキ含浸されている多孔質ゴム製の印字体である。3 は軸であり、一端側には固定板4、他端側には印字体保持枠1の上面に連結され ている。前記軸3、固定板4は合成樹脂製がよいが、金属製でもよいことは言う までもない。5は外筒である。その外筒5の内壁にストッパー6を設けてある。 又、外筒天板の内壁にはバネ受け9を設けてある。7は形状記憶合金で、コイル バネの形状をしており、50℃〜70℃で元の形状に戻る性質がある。常温では 小さな力で簡単に変形できるものである。形状記憶合金7の一端は固定板4に固 定され、他端はストッパー6に固定されている。更に、電池10、スイッチ11 に形状記憶合金7のそれぞれの端子は接続されている。8はコイルバネで、常時 固定板4を上方に引っ張り、印字体2を外筒5より内方に保持させている。 次に、前記印判を使用する場合には、まず、スイッチ11を入れると、形状記憶 合金7は加熱され、コイルバネ8の力に抗して、収縮し、印字体保持枠1を下方 に動き、印字体2を外筒5の下端より突出させ捺印できる状態となる。捺印押圧 力は形状記憶合金7の収縮力と、コイルバネ8の収縮力の差となる。捺印後放置 すると形状記憶合金7は常温に戻り、コイルバネ8の力にて、印字体2は外筒5 の下端より内方に戻る。本実施例において、コイルバネ8と、形状記憶合金7の 位置を交換してもよいし、電池10の代わりに交流100ボルトの電源を使用す れば瞬時に加熱できる。形状記憶合金7の元に戻る温度は少なくとも40℃以上 であればよいし、加熱する方法は本実施例に限定するものではない。Embodiments Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below.
