(Hot air) cannot pass through the sample container, and the drying air intensively passes through the sample container in the sample grain drying position. The drying environment varies depending on the proportion of containers in the discharge position and the drying position, resulting in uneven drying and drying. Problems such as time variations occurred.

Figure 1 is an explanatory diagram of the sample container, and Figure 2 is an explanatory diagram of the entire facility. Sample paddy is taken out from the receiving and weighing section 1 and dried and self-inspected. Raw paddy is input by individual and consignment. A receiving hopper 2 that measures the weight of the rice, a rough sorter 5 that carries in the raw paddy from the hopper 2 via conveyors 3 and 4 and removes straw waste from the paddy, and a rough sorter 5 that removes the rice from the rough sorter 5. The receiving and weighing unit 1 is composed of a receiving and weighing machine 6 that stores and weighs paddy, an autosampler 7 that collects sample paddy for self-inspection by the receiving and weighing machine 6, and measures the weight and moisture content of paddy. In addition to continuous measurement, the paddy is transported from the drying section to the preparation and shipping section where hulling and sorting is carried out, where it is prepared into brown rice and stored or shipped. The system is configured such that the receiving (code) number from the receiving operation panel 10 and the receiving data (paddy weight and moisture content) from the output section of the weighing machine 6 are inputted into the system.

である。 This embodiment is configured as described above and is installed in a rice center, country elevator, dry store, etc. Raw paddy harvested by a combine harvester or the like is input into the receiving hopper 2 individually and by cargo, and the receiving hopper 2 is also A fixed amount of homogenized sample paddy is taken out from the weighed raw paddy by the machine 6 to the sample transfer device 12 via the quantitative take-out device 11, while the sample paddy in the transfer device 12 is set and contained in the test dryer 13. After drying the paddy to a water level, the dried sample paddy is fed into the self-inspection machine 19, which weighs the unpolished rice and scrap rice to calculate their ratio. The central controller 9 separates each part based on the consignment number. The operation is controlled, and the proportion of processed brown rice for each individual and consignment is registered in the office computer 8 based on the self-inspection data of the sample paddy corresponding to the consignment number.

有効に活用できるものである。 During this operation, the sample paddy put into the supply hopper 28 of the test dryer 13 is once received by the movable hopper 30, which is held at a position below the supply hopper 28 when normal running is stopped, and then transferred to the central controller. The traveling mechanism 57 is operated based on the command signal from 9, and the moving hopper 30 travels to the predetermined empty container 29 position in the sample grain discharge attitude B, and the hopper 30 reaches the predetermined container 29 position. At this time, when the motor 71 is driven, the reversing member 52 is pushed downward via the rod operating tool 76 and the push rod 54, and the container 29 is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. 6 about the shaft 46. The spring 50 crosses over the fulcrum and reaches the left and right side portions 2.
9a, 29a are held in contact with the shielding plate 43a by the force of the spring 50, and after switching to the drying position A in which the mesh body 45 faces the bottom side and the opening 44 faces the top side, the solenoid 69 is operated. Tsute Shyatsuta 6
8 is opened, sample paddy is charged from the hopper 30 into the container 29 through the opening 44, and the moisture is evaporated by being supplied with heat by hot air for the time set on the timer based on moisture conversion at the time of receiving the cargo. This is done to reduce the moisture content in the paddy to a set value. After the time set by the timer has elapsed (after drying the paddy), the other motor 70 is driven to push the reversing member 51 downward via the rod operation tool 75 and the push rod 53, so that the container is in the drying position A around the shaft 46. 29 rotates clockwise in FIG.
One side edge 45b is held in contact with the upper surface of the holding plate 43 by the force of the spring 50, and the container 29 has a back surface 29b with a ventilation hole 81 facing the upper surface and an opening 44 facing the lower surface. While returning to the original discharge position B, the dried sample rice is discharged to the lower transfer conveyor 32. By rotating the container 29 approximately 90 degrees forward and backward in this manner, the single opening 44 is not allowed to be switched to the input port or the discharge port of the container 29, but a shutter structure is required to close the discharge port. This type of dryer 13 in which a large number of these containers 29 are arranged can be effectively used without the need for such a configuration.

ものである。 Furthermore, in the container 29 in the drying position A containing paddy, hot air is passed from the opening 44 on the top side through the gaps between the paddy and through the mesh 45 on the bottom side, while the container 29 is discharged without paddy inside. Container 29 in posture B
In this case, the hot air is narrowed down to a state where it passes through the gaps between the rice grains and passed through the opening 44 on the lower surface side from the passage hole 81 of the back surface portion 29b located on the upper surface side. Unlike installing a separate net on the back surface 29b or the back surface 29b where no ventilation holes 81 are provided, only the amount of hot air that passes through the container 29 in the drying position A containing the paddy is used. It becomes possible to pass the hot air to the container 29 in the discharge position B that does not contain paddy, and the container 29
Regardless of the proportions of postures A and B, the sample rice is always properly dried by constant supply of hot air.

0 and the original container 29 again via the moving hopper 30
The central controller 9 performs drying for the re-drying time calculated based on the detected value of the moisture sensor 78.

果を奏する。"Effects of the Invention" As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention is equipped with a large number of sample containers 29 for drying sample grains from each receiving rod collected from the receiving weighing machine 6 to a substantially constant moisture content. The container 29 is formed into a substantially regular quadrangular shape having a cubic shape, with openings 44 at the top surface and the front surface inside the four side surfaces, and a net 45 at the bottom surface.
sample grain drying position A in which the mesh body 45 is exposed on the lower surface side and the upper surface side is open, and sample grain discharge position B in which the back surface part 29b is exposed on the upper surface side and the lower surface side is open. In a test dryer structure in which the container 29 is switched by this rotation, a ventilation hole 81 is provided in the back surface 29b of the container 29, and the sample container 29 is in the sample grain discharge position B and the sample grain drying position A. Regardless of the ratio, a constant amount of drying air can always be supplied to the sample grains contained in the container 29 in the drying position A,
Not only can drying of the sample grains be prevented from being unevenly dried as in the conventional method, but also the drying time can be made constant and the entire apparatus can be automatically controlled easily.
