【効果】このスクリーンマスクを用いて印刷を行なう
と、デバイスホール部に突き出したインナーリードに
は、スクリーンマスクから伝わる圧力は集中せず、イン
ナーリードが下向きに曲がる現象を防止する事ができ、
品質の安定したフレキシブル回路基板を供給する事がで
きる。

するもので、その目的とするところは、インナーリード
の下向きに曲がる現象を防止し、品質の安定したフレキ
