Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ＜産業上の利用分野＞ この考案はピアス用のキヤツチに関するもので
ある。
＜この考案が解消しようとする問題点＞ 従来ピアス用のキヤツチは金属帯板に設ける２
つの有端筒の間でピアスポールを挟み止めるにと
どまつていたため、挿着するピアスポールがずれ
るという問題があつた。これを解消するとして提
案された２つの有端筒の中間部全長に段落溝を設
けてピアスポールを挟む形式はキヤツチの製造を
さらにむずかしくするという新たな問題を生じて
いる。本考案はかゝる問題点を解消しようとする
ものである。
＜考案の構成＞ 本考案はピアスポール受けする２つの有端筒の
打合い面に前記ポールの位置決めのための孔を設
けたことを特徴とするピアス用キヤツチにある。
＜実施例＞ 以下図面に基づいて実施例を説明する。
キヤツチプレート１の一面に該プレート１の両
翼の折返しにより打合い形の有端筒２ａ，２ｂを
形成する。有端筒２ａ，２ｂの打合い面に横長形
の位置決め孔３ａ，３ｂを設けてキヤツチとする
のである。
位置決め孔３ａ，３ｂは第４図に示すように、
有端筒２ａ，２ｂの形成前の伸びた状態時にプレ
ート１の両翼部に打抜き形成しておくのである。
位置決め孔の形状は矩形でもよいものである。４
は挿通孔、５はピアスポールである。
ピアスポール５を挿通孔４に通すとポール５は
有端筒２ａ，２ｂ間に押し分けて入り、有端筒２
ａ，２ｂの戻り閉じ圧により止められることゝな
る。本考案は有端筒の打合い面に位置決め孔３
ａ，３ｂを設けたので、ポール５は該孔３ａ，３
ｂ間に分け入つて保持されるため、ずれることが
確実に防止されることゝなる。
＜考案の効果＞ 本考案は以上のようにして、２つの有端筒の内
側の打合い面にピアスポールの位置決め孔を設け
たので、ピアスポールのずれを防止することがで
きるという効果を生ずる。しかも位置決め孔は文
字通り穿孔により形成し得るため、その形成は極
めて容易となるという効果がある。

スポールである。
