[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a non-slip waterproof sheet that can be placed accurately on a mattress or mat without shifting its position even when a person moves while sleeping. [Prior art] Even if infants with nocturnal enuresis, elderly people with frequent incontinence, sick people, etc. urinate on the bed, the sheet
Generally, waterproof sheets are placed on top of the sheets to prevent them from getting dirty. These waterproof sheets are made of cotton and chemical fibers woven in a conventional manner, and a waterproof film is integrally formed on the underside of the sheets. [Problem to be solved by the invention] Conventional waterproof sheets have waterproof properties, but they generally do not fit well with the sheets, and when a sleeping person turns over or moves, the lower sheet and the upper waterproof sheet become misaligned. Wrinkles occur when parts of waterproof sheets overlap, making it inconvenient to use, and since they are mainly used for medical purposes, it can cause damage to the user if the wrinkled areas are pressed against the body for a long time. cause pain. For this reason, nurses often have to smooth out these wrinkles, placing a heavy burden on them. The purpose of this invention is to have waterproof properties, as well as to be compatible with ordinary sheets placed underneath, to prevent slipping and wrinkles. [Means for solving the problem] The present invention was made to achieve the above object, and a waterproof film is integrally formed on one side of the fabric that reaches the sheets, and this waterproof film surface has an anti-slip effect. The gist is that the anti-slip layer is formed of a polymeric material having the desired rubber elasticity and adhesiveness. [Function] A waterproof sheet is made by integrating a waterproof film with a desired fabric, and furthermore, a non-slip polymeric material with excellent durability and having the required rubber elasticity and adhesiveness is integrated with a predetermined thickness on the surface of the waterproof film. Even if the product is used for a long period of time, it will not cause wrinkles, so it will not cause any pain to the user, especially a bedridden patient, and it will not place too much burden on the nurses who repair the wrinkles. do not have. [Example] The waterproof sheet of the present invention will be described below based on the illustrated example. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a fabric suitable for use as a general sheet or a waterproof sheet, and a waterproof film 2 is integrally formed on one side of the fabric 1 in order to maintain the waterproof property of the sheet fabric 1. This fabric 1
There are no restrictions on the material or shape of the sheet, as long as it is suitable for sheets that have been commonly used. Further, as the waterproof film 2, a sheet made of vinyl chloride or other synthetic resin having a required thickness is used, and the sheets are laminated into one piece. This fabric 1 laminated with a waterproof film 2 has sufficient waterproofness, but when laid on a general sheet, it is treated with anti-slip treatment to prevent it from moving unnecessarily and causing wrinkles. In this case, an anti-slip layer 3 is integrally formed with a polymeric material on the surface of a waterproof film to a required thickness. As the polymeric material for the anti-slip layer 3, either foamed or non-foamed synthetic resins such as acrylic resin or urethane resin can be used, and preferably the desired rubber elasticity and adhesive properties are used to achieve the anti-slip effect. The material is not limited as long as it has the same properties and thereby improves compatibility with ordinary sheets. Furthermore, since this polymeric material is used for repeated washing, a solvent type material that is resistant to washing is suitable. Further, as for the form in which the anti-slip layer 3 is formed on the surface of the waterproof film using this polymeric material, any form such as dots, lines, etc. can be adopted in addition to the film form. The anti-slip performance of the anti-slip waterproof sheet of the present invention constructed as described above was tested in the following manner. A non-slip waterproof sheet was placed on a glass plate with a cotton cloth attached, with the surface of the anti-slip layer 3 containing a polymer facing down, and a weight of 200 g was placed on top of it. Thereafter, the non-slip waterproof sheet was pulled and the resistance value was measured when the non-slip waterproof sheet started to shift from the cotton fabric. In addition, when using the non-slip product as a waterproof sheet, the back side was placed in contact with the cotton cloth of the glass plate. The washing method was carried out in accordance with JIS L 0217 103.

[Table] Also, what is shown in FIG. 2 shows different embodiments. In this embodiment, two fabrics 1 similar to those in the first embodiment are used, and a waterproof film 2 is integrally laminated between the fabrics 1 and 1.
The anti-slip layer 3 was integrally formed on the surface using the above-mentioned polymeric material and in the same form.Furthermore, the anti-slip performance was measured under the same conditions as in the first example, and the following results were obtained. I got it.

The anti-slip waterproof sheet of the present invention has an anti-slip effect on one side that blends well with ordinary sheets, so wrinkles do not occur. Therefore, the user does not suffer from wrinkles, and the caregiver does not have to frequently smooth out the wrinkles in the sheets, reducing the burden on them.Furthermore, the sheets are durable, so they can be used for long periods of time. It has the following advantages.
