2. Description of the Related Art A conventional environmental control device of this type is as shown in FIG.
A detector 4 for detecting the electroencephalogram, pulse, body temperature, etc. of the human body worn on the arm or the head of the human body, a signal processing unit 5 for processing the signal from the detector 4, and a light from the environment by the signal from the signal processing unit 5.
It was composed of an environment control unit 6 for controlling environmental conditions such as sound and temperature (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-101270). With this configuration, when the detector 4 detects an electroencephalogram, pulse, body temperature, etc. of the human body, the signal processing unit 5 outputs a control signal, and the environment control unit 6 outputs the environment light, sound, and temperature based on the control signal. It had the effect of controlling the environmental conditions such as.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the method of mounting the detector 4 on the human body as described above, the output signal is noisy when the feeling of wearing is uncomfortable and sleep is disturbed, or when body movement occurs during sleep. There is a problem in that normal human body information cannot be detected due to the occurrence of noise or the detector 4 moving / falling off.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is an airflow detecting means which is arranged in a bed and is composed of a wind speed sensor 1a which detects an airflow speed in the bed, and 2 is a judgment means which judges a sleep state from a signal from the wind speed sensor 1a. A reference signal generator 2a that generates a preset reference signal, a comparator 2b that compares the signal from the wind speed sensor 1a with the signal from the reference signal generator 2a, a timer 2c, and a signal from the timer 2c are input. It is composed of a counting unit 2d that counts the number of times the signal output from the comparing unit 2b is output, and a sleep state determining unit 2e that determines the sleep state based on the signal from the counting unit 2d. Reference numeral 3 is a control means for controlling the environmental condition in the bed according to the signal from the sleep condition determining part 2e, which is an electric blanket here, but controls the environmental condition in the vicinity of the bed such as an air conditioner or a fan heater. It may be a device. here,
The signal from the wind speed sensor 1a can be wired or wireless
It is output to 2b. Further, the wind speed sensor 1a may be installed near the bed such as a pillow and detect the airflow speed near the bed.

When the room temperature or the temperature inside the bed is too high during sleep, the sleep becomes shallow due to discomfort and the body movement frequently occurs. However, when the body movement occurs, the airflow in or near the bed changes. Therefore, the sleep state can be indirectly determined by detecting such a change in air flow in or near the bed. Therefore, when the threshold for determining whether the airflow velocity level in the bed is due to body movement is V o , in the above configuration, the reference signal generator
In 2a, if the above threshold V o is set as the reference signal in advance, the air velocity V i in the bed will be determined by the wind velocity sensor 1a.
When V o ≦ V i is detected, a signal is output to the counting unit 2d if V o ≦ V i, and if V o > V i , a signal indicating that no body motion has occurred is detected. Processing such as no output is performed. In the counting unit 2d, the number of times the signal from the comparing unit 2b is output during a certain fixed time determined by the timer 2c is output to the sleep state determining unit 2e, which is counted by the sleep state determining unit 2e based on FIG. If the number is large, the sleep state is shallow, and if the count is small, the sleep state is deep.
Based on the output signal of this determination result, the control means 3, that is, the electric blanket, changes the set temperature based on the sleep state according to the relationship of FIG. 3 to control the temperature inside the bed to an appropriate temperature.

By the above action, the air condition in the bed is detected to indirectly determine the sleep state and the environmental condition in the bed is controlled, and thus a detector for detecting human body information is attached to the human body as in the conventional case. There is an effect that a comfortable sleep state can be obtained without the discomfort of wearing as in the method and the malfunction due to the movement / dropping of the detector.

In addition, when entering the bed or waking up, a larger airflow change occurs due to the movement of the bedding than when the body moves. Therefore, if the change in the airflow is detected, it is possible to detect entering the bed and waking up. It is also possible to control the environment so that it is easy to fall asleep when entering the bed, and to raise the room temperature by an air conditioner or the like when getting up, or to stop the energization of the sleeping warming tool.
