Temperature measurement is becoming more and more important with the development of modern society. Disaster prevention, medical care, pollution, agriculture and fisheries, space, marine development,
The fields of use of temperature sensors, such as indoor temperature in homes and the temperature of hot water in baths, are expanding, not to mention transportation. In particular, the remarkable progress of microcomputers in recent years has enabled unmanned monitoring of control devices, and has expanded the need for high-performance, highly durable temperature sensors. Such temperature sensors include an object that measures temperature, a contact-type temperature sensor that measures temperature by directly contacting the temperature sensor with the environment and an object that measures temperature, and It is well known that there is a non-contact type temperature sensor that uses the radiation emitted from the measured object from different positions. Generally, a contact-type temperature sensor is used as a temperature sensor that detects the temperature in a large room and the ambient temperature of the device. By the way, air conditioning is always performed in a large room, for example, in a department store, a supermarket, or the like. In this heating and cooling, the temperature inside the room is detected in a wide range, and attention is paid not to overcool and overheat from the viewpoint of health and energy saving. Further, in recent years, in apartment houses such as condominiums, office buildings where rental offices are gathered, etc., the amount of electric power used is large and various amounts of electric power are used such as single-phase 100, single-phase three-wire 200V, three-phase V. Mainly cables, each home in the apartment,
The architectural design is designed so that the electric wires that are distributed to each office in the office building are concentrated in one place, and it is easy to manage the electrical wiring related to the building. This electrical wiring is
We use electric wires that are thick enough to cover the amount of electric power used, but the amount of electric power used may increase abnormally over the long term, or leakage may occur due to deterioration of the insulation of the electric wires used. is there. This leakage phenomenon is accompanied by heat generation and becomes high enough to burn surrounding objects. For this reason, the temperature around the wire being wired is constantly monitored, and if the temperature around the wire becomes abnormally high, power transmission is automatically stopped, and in some cases an abnormality may occur such as operating the fire extinguisher. Is discovered early. Conventionally, in the case of temperature detection in a large room, such temperature detection is performed by mounting a plurality of temperature sensors on the ceiling or side walls, monitoring the output from each temperature sensor with a computer, etc. In the case of ambient temperature detection, a plurality of temperature sensors are attached to the periphery of an electric wire wired at predetermined intervals and the output from each temperature sensor is monitored by a computer or the like. In this way, when detecting temperature over a long distance, since the representative temperature is detected as the temperature at each point determined using a plurality of temperature sensors, accuracy is lacking, and in order to obtain information of a plurality of temperature sensors, There is a problem in that the wiring is complicated because it requires wiring to take in the output of each temperature sensor. However, in recent years, when a sample of a certain shape is cooled below the critical temperature to form a low temperature (martensite) phase, which is deformed and then heated again, when it exceeds that critical temperature, reverse transformation occurs and the shape is also recovered at the same time. With the development of an alloy having such a phenomenon, that is, a so-called shape memory effect, a temperature sensor using this shape memory alloy has been developed. The temperature sensor using this shape memory alloy has a structure as shown in FIG. That is, a U-shaped punching process 1 is performed on a strip-shaped shape memory alloy 1000 having reversible shape memory characteristics.
100 is applied at predetermined intervals. This shape memory alloy 1000
A fin portion 1200 is formed by punching 1100. The fin memory 1200 is subjected to shape memory processing of a shape as shown in FIG. The belt-shaped temperature sensitive zone 1500 thus formed has a shape as shown in FIG. 17 at a low temperature, and has a shape as shown in FIG. 18 at a predetermined temperature (depending on the type of shape memory alloy) or more. Present. A temperature sensor is made by utilizing this shape deformation as shown in FIG. That is, the electrode (any material having conductivity, usually a copper wire or thin film copper) 130
0 and the belt-shaped temperature sensor 1500 are arranged with a sufficient distance to contact the electrode 1300 when the fin 1200 deforms, and the electrode 1300 and the belt-shaped temperature sensor 1500 are connected to the power source 3
000, and the detector 2000 is inserted and connected in the middle. Therefore, by directly contacting the temperature sensor shown in FIG. 19 with the object to be measured, it is possible to detect whether or not a constant temperature is reached.

A conventional temperature sensor using such a shape memory alloy is
Due to the reversible shape memory effect of the fin portion 1200, when the ambient temperature rises to a predetermined temperature, the fin portion 1200 deforms in shape as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, it contacts the electrode 1300, and the current is detected by the detector 2000 by energization. When the ambient temperature decreases, the shape reverts to the original shape as shown in FIG. 17 due to the reversible shape memory effect. Is. However, in such a conventional temperature sensor using a shape memory alloy, it is extremely difficult to punch a band-shaped forming memory alloy, and there is a manufacturing problem. Further, in the conventional temperature sensor using the shape memory alloy, the temperature is detected by utilizing the shape deformation of the fin portion, but the shape memory processing for the fin portion requires time and labor, There is a problem in that much labor is required to manufacture the long temperature sensor. Further, the conventional temperature sensor using the shape memory alloy has a problem that the temperature sensor cannot be manufactured at low cost because the temperature-sensitive belt-shaped temperature sensing element is used as the electrode. .

Embodiments Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. First Embodiment (FIGS. 1 to 5) FIGS. 1 to 5 show a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a partially enlarged view of the long temperature sensor 1 according to the present invention. In the figure, the long temperature sensor includes an upper fixed base 2 and a first fixed base 2.
The upper electrode 3, the first lower electrode 4, a plurality of first plate-shaped pieces 5 made of a shape memory alloy, and the lower fixing base 6. That is, the first upper electrode 3 is fixed to the lower surface of the upper fixed base 2 as shown in FIG. 2 (A). The upper fixing base 2 needs to be made of a material having good thermal conductivity and non-conductivity. The first upper electrode 3 is preferably a strip-shaped thin film electrode. Further, it is preferable that the first upper electrode 3 has the same width as the width of the upper fixed base 2, but it is not necessarily the same width as the width of the upper fixed base 2 to some extent (the width of the upper fixed base 2). Approximately 1/3 or more) is sufficient. On the lower surface side of the first upper electrode 3, as shown in FIG. 2 (A), a first lower electrode 4 is stretched with a constant gap. At a low temperature, the first lower electrode 4 is stretched with some slack, but when it comes into contact with the first upper electrode 3, it causes erroneous detection. It is stretched so that it does not come in contact with it. This first
The looseness of the lower electrode 4 can be solved by supporting both ends of the first lower electrode 4 with springs. On the lower surface side of the first lower electrode 4, there are provided a plurality of first plate-like small pieces 5 formed in the shape of a shape memory alloy plate in contact or non-contact with the first lower electrode 4 (first In FIG. 1, three plate-like pieces 5A, 5B, 5C are shown, but the number is N depending on the length of the sensor. The first plate-shaped small piece 5 has a structure as shown in FIG. That is, the first plate-shaped small piece is formed by cutting a shape memory alloy into a small piece as shown in FIG. 3 (A). As is well known, the shape memory alloy is a fusion of two or more kinds of metals having a shape memory effect. This shape memory effect is a phenomenon in which even if a large deformation is applied to an alloy material that has undergone thermoelastic martensitic transformation during cooling, the deformation disappears when heated and undergoes reverse transformation to the parent phase and returns to its original shape. In particular, it shows that the shape of the material changes in the process of cooling to room temperature and returns to the original deformed shape at low temperature. Apparently, the two shapes of the matrix phase and the martensite phase are changed. It is called bidirectional shape memory because it is remembered. This two-way shape memory is called the reversible shape memory effect together with the omnidirectional shape memory. The first plate-shaped small piece 5 shown in FIG. 3 (A) is made of an alloy having such a reversible shape memory effect (two-way shape memory). Shape memory alloys include AgCd, AuC
d, CuAlNi, CuAuZn, CuSn, CuZn
X (X = Si, Sn, Al, Ga), InTl, NiA
1, TiNi, FePt, FePd, MnCu and the like. Of these, TiNi-based alloys are the most well known. The first plate-shaped small piece 5 thus formed of the shape memory alloy
In the martensite phase, it is memorized in a flat plate shape as shown in FIG. 3 (B), and in the matrix phase, it is memorized in a bent and warped shape as shown in FIG. 3 (C). In this way, the first plate-shaped small piece 5 is manufactured. The first plate-shaped small piece 5 as described above is fixed to the lower fixed base 6 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2A. The first plate-shaped small piece 5 is fixed to the lower fixed base 6 only at one end of the first plate-shaped small piece 5 and the other end is free. The lower fixed base 6 is made of the same material as the upper fixed base 2. The upper fixing base 2 and the lower fixing base 6 are fixed by side plates 7 and 8 as shown in FIG. 2 (A). As shown in FIG. 2 (B), the side plates 7 and 8 are formed in a thin strip shape, and between the first plate-shaped small pieces 5 (the first plate-shaped small pieces 5A, 5B in FIG. 2 (B)). while,
It is provided on the first plate-shaped small pieces 5B and 5C). The side plates 7 and 8 are provided at predetermined intervals in order to improve the temperature detection effect. The long temperature sensor 1 configured as described above is used as shown in FIG. That is, the first upper electrode 3 is grounded, and the first lower electrode 4 is connected to the temperature detection control device 100. This temperature detection control device 10
In the case of 0, the temperature rises from room temperature to the detected temperature, and the first plate-shaped small piece 5 moves from the state shown in FIG. 3 (B) to FIG.
The shape is changed as shown in, and the output when the first lower electrode 4 is lifted and connected to the first upper electrode 3 by the shape change of the first plate-shaped small piece 5 is detected. The control device, for example, outputs a command signal for operating an alarm device, a fire extinguisher, or the like. Such a long temperature sensor 1 is attached, for example, to both wall surfaces of the room 200 in which indoor abnormal temperature is not allowed to occur, as shown in FIG. It can be used to monitor. Second Embodiment (FIGS. 6 to 9) FIGS. 6 to 9 show a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 shows a partially enlarged view of the long temperature sensor 10 according to the present invention. In the figure, the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 in that the upper fixing base 2 and the lower fixing base 6 are connected to divide the first upper electrode and the first lower electrode into two parts. A partition 11 is provided, a second upper electrode 12 is provided on the lower surface of the upper fixing base 2 like the first upper electrode 3, and a second upper electrode 12 is provided below the second upper electrode 12 like the first lower electrode 4. Lower electrode 13 of the second plate-shaped small piece 1 having a shape change temperature different from that of the first plate-shaped small piece 5 on the lower fixing base 6.
4 is the point. That is, as shown in FIG. 7 (A), the upper fixed base 2 and the lower fixed base 6 are separated by the central partition 11
Are held and fixed at a predetermined interval (height of the partition 11). The partition 11 prevents the first lower electrode 4 and the second upper electrode 12 from coming into contact with each other, and the second lower electrode 13 and the first upper electrode 3 from coming into contact with each other, and
The upper fixed base 2 and the lower fixed base 6 are provided to maintain a predetermined distance (this is the same as the predetermined distance between the upper electrode and the lower electrode). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7B, between the first upper electrode 3 and the second upper electrode 12, between the first lower electrode 4 and the second lower electrode 13, the first plate If the space between the small strip 5 and the second small plate 14 is sufficiently opened and arranged so as not to contact each other, the partition 11 may not be provided. However, in this case, as shown in FIG. 7 (B), it is necessary to provide the side plates 7 and 8 in the same manner as shown in FIG. 2 (C). The long temperature sensor 10 thus configured is connected as shown in FIG. 8 and used for temperature detection. That is,
The first upper electrode 3 and the second upper electrode 12 are grounded. In addition, the first lower electrode 4 and the second lower electrode 13
A temperature detection control device (for example, a microcomputer) 300 is connected to the. This long temperature sensor 10
Rises from room temperature T 0 ° C, and at a certain temperature T 1 ° C, one plate-like small piece, for example, the first plate-like small piece 5 undergoes a shape change as shown in FIG. The temperature T 1 ° C is detected by pushing up the lower electrode 4 and contacting with the first upper electrode 3, and when the temperature further rises to a certain temperature T 2 ° C, the second plate-shaped small piece 14 moves to the state shown in Fig. 3 (C). As shown in (), the shape is changed, and the temperature T 2 ° C can be detected by pushing up the second lower electrode 13 and making contact with the second upper electrode 12. Therefore, the temperature detection control device 300 is
Using the first detected temperature and the second detected temperature, for example,
It can be used as a control device that controls the temperature between the first detected temperature and the second detected temperature. FIG. 9 shows an example of use of the long temperature sensor 10 shown in FIG. In FIG. 9, the residue 520 is allowed to pass through the heating furnace 500 on the belt conveyor 510, and the residue 520 is melted and solidified and discharged while passing through the heating furnace 500. In the figure, 530 is a residue charging port, 5
Reference numeral 40 is a container for accommodating the residue solidified by melting. This residue 520 is, for example, a case where it contains radioactive substances and cannot be incinerated like general industrial waste. In the heating furnace 500, the belt conveyor 510 cannot be operated unless the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature at the initial time, and if the temperature is heated to a certain temperature or higher, the furnace itself is damaged, and therefore the temperature control is required. I won't. When the long temperature sensor 10 is provided in the heating furnace 500 in the heating furnace longitudinal direction, the operation timing of the belt conveyor 510 and the detection of the abnormal temperature in the heating furnace can be obtained. Third Embodiment (FIG. 10) FIG. 10 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the first upper electrode 21 and the first lower electrode 22 fixed to the lower surface of the upper fixing base 2 are made of a material whose resistance value is clear in advance. An ammeter 150 is inserted and connected between the first lower electrodes 22. Further, the first plate-shaped small piece 5 is preliminarily attached to the lower fixing base 6 in relation to the resistance value at the position where the shape change occurs and the first lower electrode 22 contacts the first upper electrode 21. . With this configuration, the contact distance can be obtained from the current, voltage, and resistance values by measuring the current value at the time of temperature detection. As described above, according to this embodiment, the abnormal temperature occurrence point can be accurately known. Fourth Embodiment (FIGS. 11 to 13) FIGS. 11 to 13 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11 is a partially enlarged perspective view of the long temperature sensor 30 according to the present invention. In the figure, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 in that a shape memory alloy having a shape change temperature different from the shape change temperature of the first plate-shaped small piece 5 on the lower surface of the lower fixing base 6. A plurality of third plate-like small pieces 31 made of is provided at a predetermined interval (may be the same as the interval of the first plate-like small pieces 5), and the third electrode 32 is provided on the lower surface side of the third plate-like small piece 31. Provided,
The third electrode 32 is provided with a fourth electrode 33 which is fixed to the lowermost fixing base 34 at a predetermined distance from the third electrode 32. That is, the long temperature sensor 1 shown in FIG. 1 is back-to-back. The same is true even if the long temperature sensors 1 shown in FIG. Therefore, the upper fixed base 2, the lower fixed base 6, and the lowermost fixed base 34 are fixed by the side plates 35 and 36 as shown in FIG. The side plates 35 and 36 are the second
As shown in FIG. 6B, they are provided with a predetermined interval. The long temperature sensor 30 configured as described above is connected as shown in FIG. 13 and used for temperature detection. That is, the first upper electrode 3 and the fourth electrode 33 are grounded. The temperature detection control device 300 is connected to the first lower electrode 4 and the third electrode 32. The long temperature sensor 30 has the same temperature detecting action as the long temperature sensor 10 shown in FIG. Therefore, this embodiment can obtain the same effect as the second embodiment shown in FIG. Fifth Embodiment (FIGS. 14 to 16) FIGS. 14 to 16 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 14 is a partially enlarged perspective view of the long temperature sensor 40 according to the present invention. In the drawing, the present embodiment is different from the second embodiment shown in FIG. 6 in that the lower surface of the lower fixing base 6 has a shape different from the shape change temperature of the first plate-shaped small piece 5 and the second plate-shaped small piece 14. A plurality of fourth plate-shaped small pieces 41 made of a shape memory alloy having a changing temperature are arranged at predetermined intervals (the first plate-shaped small piece 5 and the second plate-shaped small piece 14).
May be the same as the above), and a fifth electrode 42 is provided on the lower surface side of the fourth plate-like small piece 41, and is fixed to the lowermost fixing base 44 at a predetermined distance from the fifth electrode 42. The sixth electrode 43 is provided. That is, the long temperature sensor 10 shown in FIG. 6 and the long temperature sensor 1 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 15, the side surface of the long temperature sensor 40 is
The side plates 45 and 46 are provided at a predetermined interval as shown in FIG. 2 (B). The long temperature sensor 40 configured as described above is connected as shown in FIG. 16 and used for temperature detection. That is, the first upper electrode 3, the second upper electrode 12, and the sixth electrode 43 are grounded. A temperature detection control device (for example, a microcomputer) 400 is connected to the first lower electrode 4, the second lower electrode 13, and the fifth electrode 42. This long temperature sensor 40 rises from room temperature T 0 ° C, and at a certain temperature T 1 ° C, one plate-like small piece, for example,
The first plate-shaped small piece 5 causes a shape change as shown in FIG. 3 (C), pushes up the first lower electrode 4 and the first upper electrode 3
When the temperature T 1 ° C is detected by the contact with, and the temperature further rises to a certain temperature T 2 ° C, the second plate-shaped small piece 14 changes its shape as shown in Fig. 3 (C). When the temperature T 2 ° C is detected by pushing up the lower electrode 13 of No. 2 and contacting with the second upper electrode 12, and the temperature further rises to a certain temperature T 3 ° C, the fourth plate-shaped small piece 41 is moved to the position shown in FIG. (C)
As shown in FIG. 5, the shape changes, the fifth electrode 42 is pushed up, and the temperature T 3 can be detected by contact with the sixth electrode 43. Therefore, it is suitable for a temperature sensor that requires three-point temperature detection.
