For example, methane gas (CH 4 ) is flowing through the main pipe 21, and the bypass pipe 22 having a small diameter from the main pipe 21, Methane gas is led to the gas cell 24 via 23. The gas cell 24 is formed so that light can be transmitted in the axial direction, and a lens 25 is arranged at the light entrance of the gas cell 24, while a similar lens 26 is arranged at the light exit of the gas cell 24. The lens 25 is beam-shaped by receiving light emitted from a light-emitting element of the gas sensor main body (not shown) and transmitted by the optical fiber 27, that is, infrared light having a wavelength band of 1.33 micrometer in the methane gas absorption spectrum band. To the gas cell 24. After passing through the gas cell 24, the center wavelength of the methane gas absorption spectrum is 1.33.
12 micrometer wavelength light is the concentration (pressure) of methane gas
The transmitted light after being absorbed by the methane gas according to the above is condensed by the lens 26 and received by the light receiving element of the gas sensor main body portion through the optical fiber 29. The light received by this light receiving element is photoelectrically converted, and then the light of 1.3312 micrometer wavelength that is absorbed by methane gas and the above 1.
Based on the electric signal corresponding to each light quantity of 1.3372 micrometer wavelength light which is not absorbed by methane gas which is deviated from 3312 micrometer wavelength by, for example, 6 nanometers,
1.3312 Micrometer wavelength After calculating the absorption rate of light,
The concentration (pressure) of methane gas was calculated from this absorption rate and displayed.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The structure of the gas detecting portion in the conventional gas sensor is such that the methane gas is guided from the main pipe 21 into the gas cell 24 through the bypass pipes 22 and 23 having a small diameter. Has a bag shape with respect to the main pipe 21. Therefore, the methane gas introduced into the gas cell 24 is not always uniformly distributed, and the concentration (pressure) of the methane gas introduced from the main pipe 21 into the gas cell 24 is not limited to the main pipe 21.
If the concentration (pressure) of the methane gas in the inside does not become the same, even if the concentration (pressure) of the methane gas in the gas cell 24 is detected, the concentration (pressure) does not match the concentration (pressure) of the methane gas in the main pipe 21. There was a problem.

[Means for Solving the Problem] In the technical means for solving the above problem, an opening portion is provided at each of the opposing positions of a pipe in which a concentration (pressure) detection gas whose concentration and pressure are detected stays or flows. A pressure-resistant glass capable of withstanding the pressure of the concentration (pressure) detection gas is attached to each opening, and the concentration (pressure) emitted from a remote position is located outside one pressure-resistant glass. When light of a wavelength corresponding to the absorption spectrum of the detection gas is incident through the optical fiber, a lens on the light incident side that deflects the light into a beam is attached, and at the outer position of the other pressure resistant glass, The light that has been deflected in a beam shape by the lens on the light incident side and has passed through the pressure-resistant glass is condensed, and the condensed light is provided at a remote position through an optical fiber to detect the glass concentration (pressure). The gas detection unit structure with the light-exiting side lens attached to the storage unit is attached to the outside of the pressure-resistant glass, the light-incident side lens and the light-exiting side when the concentration (pressure) detection gas has a low temperature below the dew point. In order to prevent frost from adhering to the side lens and the same pressure-resistant glass and the two lenses from fogging, a space on the light-incident side between the light-incident side lens and the one pressure-resistant glass, and A conduit is provided that communicates the light exit side space between the light exit side lens and the other pressure-resistant glass, and the other space is fogged from the light entrance side or the light exit side through the conduit to the other space. A fogging preventing means is provided to allow a gas for prevention to flow therethrough and to blow the gas onto the outer surfaces of the two pressure-resistant glasses and the two lenses.

[Operation] According to the gas detection structure of the gas sensor having the above-described structure, the pipe in which the concentration (pressure) detection gas stays or flows from the light-incident side lens to the light-exit side lens is subjected to the concentration (pressure) ) When light of a wavelength corresponding to the absorption spectrum of the detection gas traverses, this light is absorbed according to the concentration (pressure) inside the tube depending on the concentration (pressure) of the detection gas, so it is absorbed from the lens on the light output side. After that, the light is transmitted to a gas concentration (pressure) detection device provided at a remote position through an optical fiber. Therefore, in the gas concentration (pressure) detection device, the concentration ( Pressure) The concentration (pressure) of the detection gas is calculated and displayed.

On the other hand, in order to prevent the pressure resistant glass and the lens from fogging when the concentration (pressure) detection gas is at a low temperature, gas is blown to the pressure resistant glass and the lens by the fogging preventing gas blowing means.

As described above, when detecting the gas concentration (pressure) inside a pipe or a tank, the gas detection unit configured as shown in FIG. ) Since the light in the wavelength band corresponding to the absorption spectrum of the detection gas can be directly transmitted, it is possible to accurately detect the concentration (pressure) of the concentration (pressure) detection gas. Further, an arbitrary gas can be detected by changing the wavelength of light corresponding to the absorption spectrum of the concentration (pressure) detection gas.

を特徴とするガス検知部構造。
1. Concentration (pressure) of which concentration and pressure are detected
An opening is provided at each of the opposing positions of the pipe through which the detection gas stays or flows, and a pressure-resistant glass capable of withstanding the pressure of the concentration (pressure) detection gas is attached to each opening. When the light having a wavelength corresponding to the absorption spectrum of the concentration (pressure) detection gas emitted from the remote position is incident on the outside of the pressure-resistant glass via the optical fiber, the incident light is deflected into a beam. A lens on the light side is attached, and at the outer position of the other pressure-resistant glass, the light deflected in a beam shape by the lens on the light-incident side and transmitted through the pressure-resistant glass is condensed, and the condensed light is collected. In the structure of the gas detection part with the lens on the light output side for transmitting the gas to the gas concentration (pressure) detection device provided at the remote position via the optical fiber, the concentration (pressure) detection gas is below the dew point. In order to prevent frost from adhering to the outside of the pressure-resistant glass and the lens when the temperature is low, the pressure-resistant glass and the lens are prevented from being fogged. A light passage side space and a light passage side space between the light exit side lens and the other pressure-resistant glass are connected to each other, and the pipe passage is formed from one of the light entry side space or the light exit side space. Through the other space through the anti-fog gas,
A gas detecting unit structure comprising a fog preventing means for spraying the gas onto the outer surfaces of the two pressure resistant glasses and the two lenses.
