However, in the electromagnetic device 50 having the above-mentioned structure, the injected adhesive 61 flows out before being cured, and the upper portion 58 of the central leg portion 58 of the laminated iron core 57.
On the side of the laminated core 57, the adhesive fixation becomes insufficient, and during the process of sandwiching and fixing the case lid 63 and the case bottom 64, the laminated iron core 57 is transported or wired, or due to the action of a magnetic field due to conduction to the coil. There is a problem that the iron core 56 is peeled off and noise is generated at the time of energization.

When the coil is wound around the winding body of the tubular coil bobbin, the displacement member formed on the winding body protrudes to the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole and extends in the width direction of the central leg of the laminated core. Since the protruding portions that come into contact with each other are formed, when the central leg portions of the pair of laminated cores are inserted into the insertion holes so as to face each other, the central leg portions are inserted while being pressed against the protruding portions. The leg portions can be easily positioned and fixed by simply inserting into the insertion hole, and can be securely sandwiched integrally, and the generation of noise due to the vibration of the central leg portion when energized can be prevented.

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. First, a coil 14 is wound around a winding body 9 of a coil bobbin 4 in which a terminal fitting 13 is attached to a terminal block 11 to form a coil 3, and both ends of the coil 3 are connected to the terminal fitting 13. Engage with the base end and solder. When the conducting wire 14 is wound around the winding body portion 9 of the coil bobbin 4, the displacing member 16 formed so as to project from the outer surface of the winding body portion 9 toward the insertion hole 8 side by the winding force of the conducting wire 14. It is displaced and protrudes inward from the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 8 to form a protrusion that abuts in the width direction of the central leg 6 of the laminated iron core 2, and is prevented from returning to its original position by the conductor 14. It Next, when the central leg portions 6,6 of the pair of laminated iron cores 2,2 are inserted into the insertion holes 8 so as to face each other, the central leg portions 6,6 are inserted while being pressed against the projecting portions. By simply inserting the central leg portion 6 into the insertion hole 8, the leg portions 5 and 6 can be positioned and fixed easily and can be securely held together, and the projecting portion can be returned to its original position by the conducting wire 14. Since the conductor 14 is blocked, when the force is applied to the conductor 14, the conductor extends. Therefore, when the central leg portion 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 8, the protrusion has the spring property of the displacement member as much as the conductor is displaced. Therefore, it is easy to insert the central leg portion, and the positioning and fixing of the central leg portion can be surely performed. Further, the workability is improved, and the noise due to the vibration of the central leg portion 6 at the time of energization can be prevented.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the displacement member formed on the winding body is displaced toward the insertion hole by simply winding the conductive wire around the winding body of the coil bobbin. The protrusions are formed so as to protrude inward from the inner peripheral surface, and the central legs of the pair of laminated iron cores are simply inserted into the insertion holes so that they face each other, and the central legs are inserted while being pressed against the protrusions. Then, it is positioned and fixed and can be securely clamped integrally. Also,
Since the projecting portion is prevented from returning to its original position by the conductive wire, when the central leg is inserted into the insertion hole, the projecting portion has a spring property as much as the conductive wire is displaced, so that the central portion is formed. The legs are easy to insert, and the positioning and fixing of the central leg can be ensured, and the workability is improved.

A coil bobbin having a portion, and a winding member facing the laminating direction of the laminated iron core of the coil bobbin is provided with a displacement member protruding in the laminating direction of the laminated iron core. When it is wound, the coil is pressed by the coil, is displaced toward the laminated core, the inner surface of the insertion hole is projected, and when the pair of laminated cores is inserted into the coil bobbin, the displacement member comes into contact with the leg portion. An electromagnetic device characterized by being press-fitted.
