(57)【要約】 【目的】本考案の目的は車輪にスラスト力が及ぼされた

いようにし、カバー１２を止着しているボルト１０の折

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は例えばワイヤ駆動方式の台車に適用される車輪に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図２に示すようにワイヤ駆動方式の台車(1) とは、ドラム(2) に巻付けたワイ ヤ(3) によって駆動されるものである。 該台車(1) は図３に示すように台車(1) の底部から差出されている軸受(4) に 軸支されている車軸(5) の両端に回転自在に取付けられている車輪(6) を介して レール(7) 上をワイヤ(3) に引張られて走行する。
【０００３】 そして該車輪(6) は図４に示すように周胴部(8) と、該周胴部(8) 内周に嵌着 されるベアリング(9) と、該周胴部(8) の外側と内側とにボルト(10,11) によっ て止着されるカバー(12,13) とからなり、該ベアリング(9) を介して車軸(5) に 取付けられている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来構成においてはベアリング(9) の外側が直接外側カバー(12)のフラン ジ(12A) に当接しているので、台車(1) をワイヤ(3) で引張る際、ドラム(2) の 巻き数が多くなると台車(1) がワイヤ(3) で斜めに引張られる結果、図４矢印に 示す方向にスラスト力がかゝり、該スラスト力は車軸(5) からベアリング(9) を 介してカバー(12)へ伝達され、カバー(12)を止着しているボルト(10)が折損する と云う問題点がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、周胴部(8) と、該周胴 部(8) 内周に嵌着され車軸(5) が取付けられるベアリング(9) と、該周胴部(8) の外側と内側とにボルト(10,11) によって止着されるカバー(12,13) とからなり 、該周胴部(8) 内周には該ベアリング(9) の外側が係止される段部(8A)を形成し た車輪(6) を提供するものである。

【作用】
車輪(6) にスラスト力が及ぼされた場合、該スラスト力は車軸(5) からベアリ ング(9) に伝達されるが、ベアリング(9) は車輪(6) のカバー(12)には当接して おらず、該車輪(6) の該周胴部(8) 内周の段部(8A)に係止されているから、該ス ラスト力は直接カバー(12)に及ぼされなくなる。

【実施例】
本考案を図１に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、台車(1) の車輪(6) は周胴 部(8) と、該周胴部(8) の内周に嵌着されベアリング(9) と、該周胴部(8) の外 側と内側とにボルト(10,11) によって止着されるカバー(12,13) とからなり、該 ベアリング(9) の外側は該周胴部(8) 内周に形成されている段部(8A)に係合して おり、該車輪(6) は該ベアリング(9) を介して車軸(5) の両端に取付けられてい る。
【０００８】 上記構成では例えば図２に示すように台車(1) がドラム(2) に巻付けられてい るワイヤ(3) によって引張られる際、ドラム(2) の巻き数が多くなると台車(1) にスラスト力が及ぼされる。 該スラスト力は図１矢印に示すように車軸(5) からベアリング(9) を外側に押 す方向に及ぼされるが、該ベアリング(9) は車輪(6) の周胴部(8) の段部(8A)に 係止されているので、カバー(12)に直接及ぼされない。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案では、スラスト力は車輪のカバーには及ぼされないので、カ バーを止着しているボルトが該スラスト力によって折損することは確実に防止さ れる。

    たことを特徴とする車輪
