Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when drilling a high place such as a ceiling of a building, a method of mounting a punch on a punch stand and remotely punching from the floor has been adopted. During drilling, since the drilling dust scatters and falls from around the drill bit of the drilling tool, a drilling dust processing apparatus has been proposed which normally captures this drilling dust and discharges it appropriately. As such a drilling waste processing device, a suction type drilling waste processing device is known in which a hose end of a suction device is connected to a cover that covers the periphery of a drill bit. However, this device has a problem in that it requires a long suction hose, a suction device, and other facilities, is inferior in workability, and is expensive. Therefore, the present applicant invented a new drilling waste treatment device that solves the problems of the conventional device and filed a patent application (Japanese Patent Application No. 4-216338).

There is a bellows body 13 that extends axially from the opening 12 in the upper part of the bottom cylinder body 5, and the drill bit 7 of the drilling tool 6 is inserted into the bellows body 13 from the insertion hole 2 of the bottomed cylinder body 5. It has become.
The perforation tool 6 is fixed to the hollow pole 10 of the perforation tool stand by the perforation tool fixing means 8 and 9, and the lower part of the bottomed tubular body 5 is attached to the perforation tool fixing means 8 via the attachment portion 11. In addition, the tip of the discharge unit 4 for punching dust is connected to the hollow pole 10 so that the discharged punching dust is accommodated therein. The mounting portion 11 has an opening 1 for operating the drill chuck 14 of the punch 6.
5 are provided. When the tip of the drill bit 7 is brought into contact with the ceiling or the like for drilling, drilling chips scattered around the drill bit 7 are captured by the bellows body 13 and the bottomed tubular body 5, and the discharge portion 4 of the bottomed tubular body 5 is discharged. Is discharged to the hollow pole 10.

However, since the bottom surface of the bottomed cylinder of this device is flat, the movement of the perforated chips introduced into the bottomed cylinder is not always smooth. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a drilling waste processing apparatus in which the movement of the drilling scraps on the bottom surface of the bottomed tubular body and the dischargeability of the drilling scraps thereby are further improved.

Then, the drilling waste introduced into the bottomed cylinder is smoothly moved to the discharge part without staying at the bottom part by synergistic effect of the slanting effect of the annular inclined bottom surface of the bottomed cylinder part and the vibration effect due to the rotation of the drill bit. To do. That is, when the annular inclined bottom surface is inclined so that it becomes deeper from the center toward the periphery, the perforated scraps that have dropped to the bottom roll down on the inclined bottom surface due to vibration and move to the periphery, and the bottomed cylindrical body It is quickly discharged from the discharge part provided on the side of the. Also, when the annular inclined bottom surface is inclined so that it becomes shallower from the center to the periphery, the drilling chips that have fallen to the bottom gather near the drill bit in the center due to vibration, but the drill bit that rotates at high speed. The rotational kinetic energy is imparted by the centrifugal force, and the centrifugal force repels the energy to the periphery, and the centrifugal force is quickly discharged from the discharge portion provided on the side portion of the bottomed cylindrical body.

When the tip of the drill bit 7 abuts against the surface to be drilled such as the ceiling, the periphery of the drill bit 7 is completely covered by the bottomed cylindrical body 21 and the bellows body 27. In this state, the perforation tool 6 is activated by remote control, and the drill bit 7 is rotated to start perforation. During drilling, the drill bit 7 can be smoothly immersed in the surface to be drilled due to the contracting action of the bellows body 27.
