2. Description of the Related Art For example, a sheet-like material laid to hide the ground surface of a golf driving range so as to have a grass-planting appearance, or alternatively, the peripheral portion of the ground is formed in a small mountain shape higher than the central portion, In a sheet-like material that needs to be laid over a large area, such as a sheet-like material that is laid so that the golf balls that fall and fall in the center of the ground roll under their own weight, it becomes a sheet-shaped material with a large area itself. Nevertheless, the sheets must be connected and used in large and large areas. And since the connection is a connection with a large sheet-like object, it is inevitably necessary to perform connection work at each site where the sheet-like object is installed. Therefore, this kind of sheet-like object is connected at the installation site. The work can be easily and easily performed, and the connection of the sheets can be performed with the overlapping portion of the connection portion as small as possible, that is, the sheet-like material can be connected only in the narrowest peripheral portion. There is a demand for satisfying the requirement that a good connection state can be maintained at the time of connection without turning up even with the passage of time.

By the way, conventionally, as a base fabric of this kind of sheet-like material, a needle punched non-woven fabric using polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polyolefin fiber or the like is typically used in view of its cost, performance and durability. However, the connection for spreading with this needle punched non-woven fabric is to apply an adhesive to the surface of the peripheral part and to fix the adhesive coated surface by stacking the adhesive coated surface. Because the surface is a fiber layer with many voids and the loops or piles formed in the fiber layer are loose at the planting part and the contact part, the fixability due to the adhesive surface is extremely poor, and its fixability is If you try to raise it, a large amount of adhesive is required, and on top of that, the solidification time also increases, and the state maintenance until solidification is actually difficult due to the large area From the viewpoint of even, in terms of adhesive cost, also not satisfactory in terms of workability.

Further, a male side fastener having a large number of bulging engagement elements is attached to the peripheral portion of such a non-woven fabric, and the portion to which the fastener engaging element is attached is connected to the peripheral portion of the other needle punched non-woven fabric. It is also possible to press and bite into the fiber layer to engage it, but the needle punched nonwoven fabric locks the fastener engaging element because the loop or pile formed in the fiber is loose as described above. A sufficient force cannot be obtained (there is an engagement force in the shear direction, but the peel engagement force is weak), which is insufficiently fixed and easily disengaged, which is an insufficient method for fixing and connecting.

Such a surface layer is a fiber layer having many voids, and a loop or pile formed of the fiber layer is formed into a sheet-like product made of a non-woven fabric or the like. The conventional method of inserting and engaging the blisters engaging elements is to use a conventional female fastener having a large number of loop-shaped or pile-shaped engaging elements and a male fastener having a plurality of blistering engaging elements. Unlike the normal hook-and-loop fastener locking method that consists of, even if there is a shear locking force in the lateral direction, it easily peels off from the end and the latch engagement force is weak, making it almost useless. The present invention solves the problem of the method for connecting sheet-like materials in which the surface of needle-punched nonwoven fabric and other nonwoven fabrics has a fiber layer with many voids, and the loop or pile formed by the fiber layer is loose. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a connection method that enhances the binding force and has a high binding effect.

According to the present invention, there is provided a sheet-like material A (having a fiber surface layer having many voids and having a loose loop or pile at a planting portion and an intersection portion formed by the fiber surface layer). Hereinafter, this may be referred to as a female-side sheet) and another sheet-shaped article B (hereinafter, referred to as a male-side sheet) may be partially overlapped and connected to the fiber surface layer side. In the method described above, the latter sheet-like material B has a surface fastener having a bulge-type engaging element fixed on its back surface side, and the sheet-like material B is bulged-type engagement with the back surface side fastener. The element is pressed so as to enter between the loose loops or piles on the fiber surface side of the former sheet-like material A, and after the insertion, the loose loops or piles are fixed by the binding material applied in advance or after the insertion. To fix the loop or pile Is a method of connecting the sheet material is characterized in that no to rigidly connect the two sheet to strengthen the engagement with Rigakarigo element. The method of the present invention focuses on the fact that the sheet-like article to be connected has a fiber surface layer with many voids, and if a loose loop or pile formed of the fiber layer is fixed, the loop or The present invention has led to the idea that both sheet-like materials can be sufficiently engaged and connected by the pile and the bulge-type engaging element,
(As described in paragraph 3 above, rather than using only the adhesive, and therefore a large amount of adhesive, rather than forcibly joining and joining the two sheets together), the adhesive will prevent the loops or piles from moving. Is sufficient for engagement with the engaging element, and is different from the one in which both sheet-like materials are joined by an adhesive alone. In the method of the present invention, in particular, a sheet-like material having a joining surface that is easily peeled off. This is a preferred method for treating the end face portion of an object.

More specific embodiments of such a connecting method are roughly classified into the following two ways. That is, 1) before the binding material is preliminarily applied between the loop-and-pile element fibers where the planting portion and the intersection portion of the female-side sheet-like material are loose, (that is, the loop or pile). (While not fixed), the male side sheet-like material engaging element is pressed and inserted into the loop or pile portion to temporarily engage, and then the action of the binding material is completed and the loop or pile is fixed. Method of connecting sheet-like material, 2) Pushing the engaging element of male-side sheet-like material into the loop or pile where the planting portion and the intersection of the female-side sheet-like material are loose to insert temporarily, and then female A method for connecting sheet-like materials, in which a binder is injected or permeated between the loops or pile fibers of the side sheet-like material to complete the action of the binder, and the loops or piles are fixed. In either embodiment, the male After the sheet-like material is pressed against the female-side sheet-like material and the male-side sheet-like engaging element is inserted into the loose loop or pile of the planting portion and the contact portion of the female-side sheet-like material, It is essential to bond and fix loose loops or piles with a binding material, which prevents the engagement element from coming loose from the loose loops or piles, and not only the shearing force but also the peeling force. It also achieves the objectives by sufficiently improving.

As a method of connecting the male and female sheet-like products in the present invention, the sheet-like product is preliminarily fixed with a bulge-type engaging element at the peripheral portion of the back surface side, and such sheet is provided. A method of sequentially applying the method of the present invention by stacking the peripheral members on the peripheral portion thereof (that is, a female side sheet in that it has a fiber surface layer with many voids, and an engaging element on the back surface of the sheet) In this case, only the sheet-like material which is also the male side sheet is used for connection, and a strip-shaped long sheet-like material having a bulge-type engaging element fixed to its back side is prepared. A method of sequentially applying the method of the present invention by stacking the lengthy sheet-like objects on both peripheral portions of the adjacent sheet-like objects to be connected (without providing the engaging element) (that is, the female-side sheet-like object) There is a method of connecting two long sheets on the male side). Figure 2, is shown in Figure 3. As will be understood from the above, the designations of the male side and the female side of the sheet-shaped product of the present invention are for convenience of explanation of the invention, and in the above-mentioned connection method in the two-layer structure. All of the sheet-like materials are provided with a surface fastener having a bulge-type engaging element on the back surface side thereof, and even if the sheet-like material is on the female side with respect to one sheet-like material, the other With respect to the sheet-shaped article, the sheet-shaped connection is performed one after another on the male side. In other words, the sheet-like material provided with the bulging engagement element (having it) is not always the male side, and the sheet not having the engagement element (not having it) is not the female side.

The sheet material to be used in the present invention means a fiber web, a fiber entangled nonwoven fabric, a melt blown nonwoven fabric, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, a needle punched nonwoven fabric, a heat fusion entangled nonwoven fabric, and a hydroentangled nonwoven fabric produced by a conventional method. , A surface-raised woven fabric or the like having a fiber layer with many voids on the surface, and a planting portion and a contact portion formed by the fiber layer having loose loops or piles The fibrous material may be composed of only the fiber layer, or may be composed of a composite layer in which a rubber layer and a resin layer are laminated under the fiber layer. In the present invention, the term “loop or pile” includes not only the loop alone or the pile alone but also the aspect in which the loop and the pile are mixed. It is necessary that the surface side fiber layer has an appropriate depth in the surface layer portion and has an appropriate density and bondability for inserting, receiving and mounting the engaging element of the male side surface fastener. The material may be, for example, synthetic fibers such as polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polyolefin fiber, acrylic fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, or any fiber such as regenerated cellulose fiber or natural fiber, but from the viewpoint of weather resistance. Is particularly preferably synthetic fiber having a fineness of 50 denier or less.

As described above, in order to engage the male-side sheet-like object provided with the engaging element and the female-side sheet-like object, the bulging head of the engaging element provided on the male-side sheet-like object is simply female. Even if it is pressed against the side sheet material and inserted between the loop or pile fibers, the peel engagement force is weak because the loop or pile is loose, and the engagement and fixation of both are insufficient. Therefore, in the present invention, after the male sheet is pressed against the female sheet and the engaging element of the sheet is inserted into the loose loop or pile of the female sheet, the loose sheet is inserted. The loops or piles are joined and fixed by a binding material, which prevents the engagement elements from coming off the loops or piles. That is, the present invention is not intended to simply bond and fix the male side sheet-like engaging element to the female side sheet-like fiber, but to stop the movement of the loose loop or pile of the female side sheet-like object. That is the point.

As a method for fixing loose loops or piles of the sheet material on the female side, there is a method of using an adhesive having good flowability. That is, before pressing the engaging element provided on the male sheet material to the female sheet material, an adhesive is applied to the female sheet side and immediately the male sheet material is pressed, and then the adhesive The loop or pile may be fixed by solidification and the engagement element may be fixed by engagement, or the male side sheet-like material may be pressed against the female side sheet-like material to bring the engagement element into the female side sheet-like shape. After insertion between the loops or piles of the object, the adhesive may be injected from the overlapping end of the loops to fix the loops or piles and the engaging elements by the solidification of the adhesive. Further, as the binding material, a heat fusion fiber or a binder resin may be used instead of the adhesive. That is, the heat-fusible fiber or binder resin is sprinkled on the surface of the female-side sheet material, the male-side sheet material is pressed, and then the loop or pile is fixed by heat treatment with a dryer or burner, and then engaged. The element may be engaged and fixed.
Furthermore, the fiber surface portion forming the loop or pile may be melted by the solvent of the fiber material forming the sheet-like material to bond the fiber elements, and the heat-bonding fiber or binder resin may be replaced by heat. Shrinkable fibers can also be used to secure the loop or pile in a similar manner.

EXAMPLES The method for connecting sheet-like materials of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to examples. Example 1: Needle punching a random web made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber as a sheet material, thickness 2.5 mm, basis weight 650 g / m 2
The non-woven sheet of No. 1 is used, and a surface fastener having an engaging element group provided with the mushroom-shaped expansion head shown in FIG. The non-woven sheet was pressed against the surface of the other non-woven sheet to examine the connection condition. In the present invention, the insertability and the detachability without the treatment with the binder were smooth, and the shearing force was 1.5 kg / cm 2 and the shearing force was good, but the peeling force was 10 g / cm 2. It was extremely weak and peeled off easily and turned over, and the two sheet-like materials were disconnected. While the non-woven sheet is pressed against this product, an instant adhesive is injected from the overlapping end of the non-woven sheet to bond and fix the entangled fiber loops, so that the peel engagement force is 500 g / cm or more. The shear engaging force could be increased to 3 kg / cm 2 or more, and a sufficient engaging force could be obtained.

Example 2: Thickness of 1.8 mm, basis weight of about 3
The surface fastener used in Example 1 was attached to the periphery of the lower surface of the rubber layer of a rubberized mat having a rubber layer laminated on the back side of a needle-punched nonwoven fabric made of polyester of 50 g / m 2 , and this is shown in FIG. As described above, a two-layer structure was formed around the mat, and the mats were laid as a ball collecting mat on the golf driving range ground. In FIG. 2, with the engaging element of the male side surface fastener arranged on the lower surface of the upper surface mat inserted into the pile group of the needle punch surface layer on the mat surface, lightly pressed down while the engaging element of the male side fastener is inserted, and the permeable adhesive is applied to the end portion. More injected,
About 2 cm of the engaging width of 7 cm, the surface layer of the nonwoven fabric was bonded and fixed. As a result, before this bonding and fixing, it was a state that it was easily turned by hand, and the bent part and the like naturally came off, but after bonding and fixing with an instant adhesive, peeling and turning of both nonwoven fabrics disappeared, A practically sufficient locking force was obtained such that the golf ball would hit the ball or the worker would not come off even when walking on it.

Example 3 The rubberized mat used in Example 2 was used, except that a mat having no hook-and-loop fastener was attached to the back side of the mat. In this case, the mats are connected to each other with a hook-and-loop fastener having a mating element group having a different fiber structure on the front surface side than the mats to be connected and having a mushroom-shaped expansion head on the back surface side. Adhesive sheet (male side joint sheet and / or mat) is used to overlap the two mats as shown in FIG. Is injected from both ends, both engaging widths are 7 cm each
About 2 cm of the mat surface layer portion was bonded and fixed. Also in this case, a practically sufficient locking force was obtained in exactly the same manner as in the second embodiment.
