In view of the above situation, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an induction coil behind a welding torch to surround a combustion gas fire, and applies an alternating current to the induction coil to generate plasma in the combustion gas fire. . That is, in a thermal spraying apparatus using combustion gas as a heat source, a welding torch portion having a nozzle for ejecting the combustion gas from the left and right on the axial center and having a nozzle for supplying the thermal spray powder material on the coaxial center, The thermal spray torch part is provided with an induction coil mounted between the thermal spray torch part and the object to be sprayed so as to surround a combustion gas fire from the thermal spray torch part, and a power supply device for supplying an alternating current to the induction coil. The present invention provides a thermal spraying device.

Since the thermal spraying device of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, an alternating magnetic field is induced by passing an alternating current through the induction coil, the combustion gas fire is ionized to generate plasma, and stable plasma is obtained. It becomes possible to form a strong thermal spray coating in which the powder thermal spray material is sufficiently melted.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a thermal spray torch portion of a thermal spray apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The details will be described below. In FIG. 1, 1 is a jet nozzle, 2 is a supply nozzle, 3 is a combustion gas fire, 4 is an induction coil, 5 is a sprayed powder material, and 6 is plasma. Next, the operation of the present invention will be described. A combustion gas fire 3 is obtained by supplying combustion gas to a combustion gas injection nozzle 1 which is arranged on the left and right of the axis of the welding torch portion and is coaxially bored. Then, an alternating current is caused to flow through the induction coil 4 from a power supply device (not shown) to induce an alternating magnetic field in the combustion gas fire 3 to ionize the combustion gas and generate plasma 6. Next, the thermal spray powder material 5 is supplied into the combustion gas fire 3 from the supply nozzle 2 formed on the axis of the welding torch portion, and the thermal spray powder material 5 is melted, so that the sprayed material (not shown) is exposed to the combustion gas It is possible to spray the sprayed powder material sufficiently melted by the heat and the heat of the plasma.

As described above in detail, in the present invention, the sprayed powder material is supplied into the plasma with high directivity along with the flow of the combustion gas fire flow, so that stable plasma can be obtained without disturbing the plasma. In addition, the combustion of the gas causes a high-temperature fire gas, and the thermal spray powder material is also overheated, so that plasma is easily generated. Further, the heat of the combustion gas and the heat of the plasma can sufficiently melt the thermal spray powder material to form a strong thermal spray coating.
