【考案の詳細な説明】 【産業上の利用分野】
ビル等の建設時、床スラブ打設時に使用する
【従来の技術】
デッキプレート上に生コンクリートを流し込み、棒状のバイブレータ ーを、数ヶ所に差込みエヤー抜き及び、コンクリートをしめる作業を 行なった後、クマデ状の道具を使用し、盛り上がった余分な部分をか きとり、平滑にする その後、最終仕上げにレベルを出し、コテ仕上げを行なう
【考案が解決しようとする課題】
スラブ強度をアップする為にスラブ厚さを厚くすると重量が増大し、 柱及び、梁の負担重量が多くなる為、スラブ厚さを極力薄くして強度 をアップすべく、水の含有量の少ない生コンクリートが、使用される 事が多い
【０００１】水の含有量が少ないほどしまりにくく、均一にしめる為に 棒状バイブレーターを、多数本差し込む必要がある
【０００２】バイブレーターを差し込む間隔、かける時間により、しまり 具合が変化し均一に施工するのが難しい
【０００３】しめる作業と、ならす作業が各各別々に必要であり、時間が かかる
【課題を解決する為の手段】
床面に振動を与える底面と、それに直角に近い立て面を持った振動体に 柄を付け、人が引っ張る
【作用】
コンクリート上をくまなく引っ張って回る事により、しめる効果と同時 に、立て面で、余分に盛り上がった部分をかきとる
【考案の効果】
【０００１】均一な仕上り効果を得られる
【０００２】従来の２工程を１工程で済ます事が出来る
