As a cartridge filter for filtering fine particles in a liquid, the present inventors have proposed a cartridge filter in which nonwoven fabrics having different average fiber diameters and average pore diameters previously manufactured by a melt blow method or a jet spinning method are wound and laminated, and a manufacturing method thereof. Proposed.

The above-mentioned cartridge filter is characterized by high particle capture efficiency, low fluid filtration resistance, long filtration life, and excellent cleanliness, but it is complicated to process because it contains many types of non-woven filter media. The strength of itself is weak compared to other spunbonded non-woven fabrics due to the manufacturing method, and there are problems that the filter medium is damaged and easily cut when rolled up, which pushes up the processing cost and makes the cartridge filter expensive and the market It became less competitive and could not be widely used at various points of use.

The present inventors did not reduce the performance of the nonwoven fabric-laminating laminated cartridge filter having excellent performance, but rather improved the performance while lowering the processing cost.
As a result of intensive research to supply an inexpensive and high-performance cartridge filter to the market, when winding multiple layers of non-woven fabric into a tubular winding, a coarse net is pre-applied to one side of the non-woven fabric and wound with the net. The present invention was completed by putting it in.

Average fiber diameter made by melt blow method or jet spinning method 0.5 to 50 μm, average apparent density 0.03 to 0.2 g / cm 3
In a cartridge filter formed by winding a non-woven fabric in which the average fiber diameter and the average pore diameter increase toward the outer side of the cylinder in a multi-layered tubular winding, when winding these non-woven fabrics into the porous core, In addition, when only the non-woven fabric was wound alone, these non-woven fabrics were weak in strength as compared with other spun-bonded non-woven fabrics, and the non-woven fabric was easily broken or cut due to fluctuations in tension during winding, resulting in poor yield.

Therefore, when the non-woven fabric is wound, the present inventors apply a coarse net to one side of the non-woven fabric and wind it together, that is, to apply tension to the porous core continuously with the coarse net as a support. While winding, while supplying non-woven fabrics with different average fiber diameters and average pore sizes on the net that is the support, by winding without applying any tension to the non-woven fabric itself, damage and cutting at the time of winding the non-woven fabric can be prevented. I was able to improve the yield without any.

FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of a manufacturing apparatus for a non-woven fabric wound laminated cartridge filter of the present invention, in which the porous core 1 is fixed to a shaft which works in conjunction with a winding motor 6,
The net 3 and the non-woven fabric filter medium 4 supplied from the non-woven fabric supply device 5 are involved in the winding operation. The feature of this device is that the net 3 is wound as a support, so that no tension is applied to the filter medium.

According to the present invention, the non-woven fabric wound laminated cartridge filter according to the present invention enables a purposeful flow rate to be obtained in the filtration of the viscous liquid, as compared with the case where only the nonwoven fabric is wound and laminated. It was found that the filtration life of the viscous liquid was also improved.

以下実施例によって本考案を具体的に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples.

Among polypropylene non-woven fabrics produced by the melt-blowing method within the range of 0.13 g / cm 3 , five types of non-woven fabrics A to E having different average fiber diameters and average pore diameters are located outside the cylinder, A filter medium having a large average pore size was wound around each four rounds together with a polypropylene net, and a total of 0.8 m 2 of the five types was wound to produce a cartridge filter. Table 1 shows the fiber diameter and pore diameter of the five types of filter media. In addition, as a comparative example, a cartridge filter was produced by similarly winding five kinds of filter media without using a net. Table 2 shows the measurement results of the viscous liquid penetration resistance. The measurement results of the filtration life of the viscous liquid are shown in FIG.
