シャープペンシルが公知であるが、従来、かかるシャー
プペンシルでは先端芯パイプが口金又は上記の触指操作
部材に一体的に固着されていて、携帯時にも先端芯パイ
プが突出した状態を維持しているので極めて危険であっ
た。このような危険を解消するには、先端芯パイプを覆
うキャップを嵌着させるという方法もあるが、キャップ
の着脱が煩瑣であり、又、キャップが紛失する虞もあっ
