Conventionally, this type of device is configured, for example, as shown in FIG. That is, L1 and L2 are input terminals of the telephone line, and the ringing signal arrived at these terminals is supplied to the relay drive circuit 2 via the switching contact 1. Then, the relay drive circuit 2 operates to open / close the relay contact 2a in response to the interruption of the ringing signal, whereby the capacitor C of the charge / discharge circuit 3 is charged by the power supply output + B. When the charging voltage of the capacitor C reaches a predetermined value, the switching control signal is issued from the control circuit 4 and the switching contact 1 is switched,
As a result, the transmission / reception circuit 5 is connected between the input terminals L1 and L2, and the DC loop is closed. At the same time, the contact 6 is closed by the switching control signal issued from the control circuit 4 and the output of the power supply circuit 8 is supplied to the external recording device 7, and as a result, the external recording device 7 is brought into an operating state.

Then, after this, the response message recorded in advance from the transmission / reception circuit 5 is sent to the partner telephone, and this response message is guided to the external recorder 7 as a side tone and recorded. Then, the message sent from the partner telephone after the completion of sending the response message is recorded in the external recorder 7.

However, in general, a recorder such as a tape recorder does not enter a recording state when power is supplied, and does not enter a recording state for a certain period (for example, 2 to 3).
After about a second), it becomes recording state. In addition, the answering machine, if there is a delay after the DC loop is closed and before the response message is sent, the other party becomes silent and feels uncomfortable during this time.
The response message is sent within 2 seconds.
Although there is such a time relationship, in the above-mentioned conventional device, since the DC loop is closed and the power is supplied to the external recorder at the same time, the head of the response message is not recorded in the external recorder 7 and is reproduced. It is not preferable because it makes the user feel uneasy. Also, some answering machines have a guidance sound instead of a response message so that a message can be recorded immediately thereafter. Even its head is not recorded, resulting in uncertain transmission of the message, which is particularly undesirable.

On the other hand, the caller often hangs up without transmitting a message when the user or the like finds that the user is out of service because the answering machine answers. The caller generally utters "Hello" immediately after the DC loop is closed. However, since the voice cannot be recorded by the conventional device, the caller sends a message of necessity. If the telephone is hung up without any notice, the user may not be sure who the absent telephone is from and may be anxious.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is capable of reliably recording a response message or a partner message without cutting the head, thereby eliminating anxiety and being able to record as much of the voice of the partner as possible, not limited to the message. The call signal that arrives at the input terminals L1 and L2 of the telephone line is
It is introduced into the arrival time detection circuit 10 via the switching contact 1. The incoming call time detection circuit 10 uses a call signal (for example, 1

A smoothing circuit 12 for smoothing the rectified output of the rectifying circuit 11.
And a waveform shaping circuit 13 for shaping the output signal of the smoothing circuit to obtain a square wave (pulse signal) according to the interruption of the ringing signal, and counting the number of pulses of the pulse signal output from the waveform shaping circuit 13. Counter circuit 14 for The rectifier circuit 11 has a photocoupler, which electrically isolates the telephone line from the circuit operated by the commercial power source.

On the other hand, the control circuit 20 inputs the count value of the counter circuit 14 of the incoming time detection circuit 10, and when the count value reaches a preset value M, it issues a switching control signal to transmit / receive the switching contact 1. While switching to the circuit 5 side, a closing control signal is issued to close the contact 6 when N becomes smaller than the above M by a predetermined value. Here, N is set to a value smaller than M by the number of pulses corresponding to the time required for the external recorder 7 to enter the recording state after power supply.

With such a configuration, for example, when the above M and N are set to M = 3 and N = 2, respectively, the call signal arrives as shown in RG in FIG. At the time point t 1 , the closing signal BS is generated from the control circuit 20. As a result, the contact 6 is turned on and power is supplied to the external recorder 7. Then, when the number of times the calling signal RG is turned on becomes “3”, at this time t 2
Then, the control circuit 20 outputs the switching control signal CS to switch the switching contact 1 to the transmission / reception circuit 5 side, and as a result, the DC loop is closed. By the way, this DC loop closing time t 2
3 seconds have elapsed from the time point t 1 when the power was supplied to the external recorder 7, as shown in FIG. 3T. For this reason, the external recorder 7 is already in the recording state at the time point t 2 when the DC loop is closed, and therefore the transmission / reception circuit 5 after the DC loop is closed.
The response message sent from the device and the message sent from the other party are all recorded in the external recording device 7 without any head loss.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the external recorder 7 is supplied with power for a predetermined time before the DC loop is closed. Therefore, the external recorder 7 can be set to the recording state when the DC is closed. As a result, the response message and the message from the other party can be surely recorded without causing head loss. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the anxiety given to the user and reliably transmit the message. Even if the caller utters "Hello" and hangs up without sending the message, immediately after the DC loop is closed, the "Hello" voice will still be recorded. Therefore, the user will often be able to know who called from the voice such as "Hello", and it will be convenient to make a call back if necessary. Further, in the present embodiment, the number of times the ringing signal is turned on is counted, and the control is performed based on this count value, so that it can be detected more accurately than when the charge / discharge circuit 3 is used as shown in FIG. 1, for example. Therefore, the control can be performed more reliably.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
For example, although the counter circuit 14 is provided and the count value is supplied to the control circuit 20 in the above-described embodiment, when the control circuit 20 is configured by a microprocessor, the count is performed by this microprocessor and the count values are calculated at the same time. Generation control of the control signal may be performed. In addition, the configuration of the counting means, the control procedure, the control timing, and the like can be modified in various ways without departing from the scope of the present invention.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the number of interruptions of the calling signal is counted, and when the count value reaches a predetermined value, the power supply to the recording / reproducing device is started, and then the line of the communication line is connected to the line. By closing the connection, the recording / playback device is powered in advance to be in the recording state before the call circuit is closed. As a result, the answering message or the other party's message can be surely recorded without the head being cut off, the anxiety can be eliminated, and not only the message but also the voice of the other party can be recorded as much as possible. Can be provided.
