のオーブン皿と、誘導電流を誘起して前記オーブン皿を
誘導加熱する加熱コイルと、前記加熱コイルに高周波電
力を供給する高周波電力発生器を備え、前記加熱コイル
を前記オーブン側板部に設け、オーブン皿を誘導加熱す
る加熱調理装置。

An oven cabinet comprising a top plate, side plates, and a bottom plate for containing an object to be heated, a freely removable oven plate on which the object to be heated is placed, and heating for inducing an induction current to induction-heat the oven plate. A heating and cooking device comprising a coil and a high-frequency power generator that supplies high-frequency power to the heating coil, the heating coil being provided on the oven side plate, and induction heating an oven dish.

The heating cooker according to claim 1, further comprising a coil and a high-frequency power generator that supplies high-frequency power to the heating coil, wherein the heating coil is provided on the oven bottom plate portion to induction-heat an oven dish.
