【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the device]

〔0001〕 産業上の利用分野 本考案は抗菌性物質をプラスチック、樹脂等の原材料に混ぜ合わせプラスチッ ク成形もしくは抗菌性物質を表面塗布させた抗菌性櫛及びブラシに関するもので ある。 〔0002〕 従来の技術 従来、理容美容に使用されている櫛及びブラシは顧客に対して一度使用すると 消毒や殺菌をしなければならず、その理由として顧客又は理容美容技術者のウイ ルス性疾患の伝染の防止、雑菌繁殖防止、消臭効果等が上げられる。そのため櫛 及びブラシを紫外線消毒器に入れたり又クレゾール液・ホルマリン液によって消 毒を行い完全に殺菌や滅菌をする必要があった。しかし一度殺菌や滅菌されたも のであっても消毒されたものか未消毒なものかの判断が一見しただけでは確認で きず、間違った判断で未消毒のものを使用する危険性もおおいにあり又、美容師 法や理容師法で定められている消毒殺菌方法を実際におこなっているのが疑わし いのが実情である。そのため衛生上の様々な問題、例えば接触性皮膚炎、B型肝 炎、エイズ等の感染に対処する方法はないにひとしい等の問題点があった。 〔0003〕 考案が解決しようとする課題 本考案は理容美容技術の際に用いる櫛及びブラシであり抗菌物質を含有又は表 面塗布する為、長期に渡って抗菌効果が発揮でき特別な消毒方法を行う必要性も なく、簡単な水洗い等によって洗浄することで充分に抗菌作用を促すことができ る櫛及びブラシを提供するものである。 〔0004〕 課題を解決する為の手段 上記の課題を解決するため、本考案はプラスチック又は樹脂を原材料とする櫛及 びブラシでありプラスチック又は樹脂成形加工前に抗菌物質を原材料に練りこん でおく方法やプラスチック又は、樹脂成形加工後出来上がった櫛及びブラシに抗 菌物質をスプレー等によって吹きつけ、櫛及びブラシ表面に均一に融着させるこ とができる。 〔0005〕 本考案で言う抗菌物質は公知である金属イオン、例えば銀イオン・銅イオン・亜 鉛イオン等を用いることによって抗菌作用がなされる。 〔0006〕 金属イオンに抗菌作用があることは従来より公知であり、例えば水道用水管に銅 管が用いられたり、金属イオンを含んだ塗料を塗布した浄水漕等がある。 〔0007〕 これらの例にあるように本考案の櫛及びブラシにも同様、金属イオンを含有又は 表面塗布させることによって抗菌性を持たせることができる。 〔0008〕 金属イオンをプラスチック、樹脂等の原材料に添加させる割合は通常10%以下 、好ましくは5%〜0.5%程度添加することによって充分な抗菌作用を示す。 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
