〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は電源ケーブルとの接続部にケーブルコネクタ
を設け、直接電源ケーブルの接続作業を行うことにより
主回路の切換えを行う極数変換電動機に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 第5図は、従来の、ケーブルコネクタ付電動機を示した
ものである。同図において、1Aは電動機、2は電動機
1に取り付けられるケーブルコネクタ3の取付部材とし
ての接続箱を示し、L字型の取付部が設けられている。
ケーブルコネクタ3は接続箱2の部分に取り付けられる
ケーブルコネクタ固定部組(以下、固定部組という)3

部21にねじ等で固定されるケーブルコネクタ可動部組
(以下、可動部組という)32からなり、該可動部組3

覆い、該保護カバー5の着脱をインターロツク条件とし
て主電源回路10の接続・遮断が行われるようにしてい
るが、この保護カバーを含むケーブルコネクタ取付機構
を極数変換電動機に適用した場合に、電源ケーブルが電
動機固定子の高速側と低速側の正しい側に接続されてい
るかの確認は目視によるしかなく、誤接続状態のままで
電動機主回路が接続される恐れがあつた。 この考案は上記従来の問題を解消するためになされたも
ので、電源ケーブルの誤接続を確実に防止することがで
き、保護カバーを取り外さなくとも、電源ケーブルの接
続状態を正確に確認することができるケーブルコネクタ
付極数変換電動機を提供することを目的とする。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 この考案は上記目的を達成するために、保護カバーが、
その左右側板の少なくとも一方側に、他方側板側との間
にケーブルコネクタ可動部組の引き出し用空間を残して
該他方側板側へ伸びる邪魔部を有する構成としたもので
ある。 〔作用〕 この考案では、邪魔部をケーブルコネクタの可動部が位
置している側にして保護カバーを取り付けようとする
と、上記邪魔部が可動部に当たつて保護カバーの取り付
けを邪魔するので、この姿勢にある保護カバーが取り付
け不能である場合には、可動部の接続が誤接続であると
規定しておけば、保護カバーの取り付け作業時に、可動
部の接続の正誤を知ることができる。 〔実施例〕 以下、この考案の一実施例を図面について説明する。 第1図において、1は3相の極数変換電動機であつて、
第4図に示すように、低速側固定子巻線13と高速側固
定子巻線14からなる固定子巻線構造を有し、第3図に
示すように、低速側固定巻線13の端子15は低速側の
固定部組(コネクタケーブル固定部組)31Lの各固定
部31に、また、高速側固定子巻線14の端子16は高
速側の固定部組(コネクタケーブル固定部組)31Hの
各固定部31に接続される。固定部組31LのU、V、
W相の3個の固定部31とU、V、W相の3個の高速側
の固定部31は第3図に示すように接続箱2に横一列に
取り付けられている。 保護カバー50は、第2図に示すように、背板50A、
左側板50B、右側板50Cを有する他、検知部となる
下側邪魔部50Dと上側邪魔部50Eを有する形状を有
し、前記第5図の保護カバー5と同様の取付部51とフ
ランジ部52が左右側板50Bと50Cの前縁に、左右
で上下関係を逆にして取り付けられている。 下側邪魔部50Dは、この実施例では、板体であつて、
左側板50Bから右側板50Cに向かつて広がるととも
にカバー前縁に向かつて広がり、右側板50Cとの間に
引き出し用空間60を区画している。即ち、邪魔部50
Dは、保護カバー50を接続箱2に取着した状態で、前
縁が接続箱2のL字型の取付部21近傍に達し、右側板
50C側側縁が該右側板50Cとの間に、固定部組31
Lに接続した3個の可動部32の組を引き出し可能な空
間60を区画する面積を有している。邪魔部50Eは、
邪魔部50Dと同じ面積を有する板体であるが、右側板
50Cから左側板50B側に広がつて該左側板50Bと
の間に3個の可動部32を引き出し可能な空間60を区
画している点において相違する。 保護カバー50にはカバー取着姿勢を示す標識が設けら
れ、この例では、「低速側」、「高速側」、なる名板が
背板50Aに付されている。 なお、第3図において、固定部組31Hの各固定部31
は保護キヤツプ3Aを嵌めた状態で図示してある。 この構成において、可動部32の組が低速側の固定部組
31Lの固定部31に接続されている場合(第3図の接
続状態)に、保護カバー50を、第2図に示す姿勢とは
上下逆にして、即ち、名板の文字「高速側」、「低速
側」が図示の姿勢とは上下逆の姿勢に見え、「低速側」
が逆さ文字となり「高速側」が正しい姿勢で読めるる状
態で、接続箱2に取着しようとすると、邪魔部50Eが
可動部32の組に当つて邪魔するため、保護カバー50
を接続箱2に取着することはできないが、該保護カバー
50を上下に反転して、図示の姿勢にすれば、邪魔部5
0Dが、保護キヤツプ3Aの下方の空間に進入可能であ
るので、邪魔部50Dに接続箱2に取着すること事がで
きる。保護カバー50が接続箱2に取り付けられると、
前記インターロツク信号発生装置6の出力SSが〔1〕
になるので、第7図に示した操作ブロツクの電源スイツ
チ7の投入により、接続指令信号SSSが発生して主電
源回路10が接続できる状態となる。 即ち、極数変換が、例えば、低速側であるべき場合に、
可動部32の組が固定部組31Hに接続されていると、
名板の文字「低速側」が正しい姿勢となる姿勢で保護カ
バー50を取着しようとすると、邪魔部50Dが可動部
32に当たつて、保護カバー50を接続箱2に取り付け
ることができないので、このことから可動部32が誤つ
て接続されていることが検知される。 なお、上記実施例では、邪魔部50D、50Eが保護カ
バー50の上下にあつて、該保護カバー50を上下に反
転する構成であるが、一方の側板から他方の側板側へ向
かう1つの邪魔部を形成するようにしても良く、また、
邪魔部は板体に限定されるものでなく、突起状体等、保
護カバー50の取付時に、誤つて接続された可動部32
に係合して保護カバー50の取着を邪魔するものであれ
ばよい。 〔考案の効果〕 この考案は以上説明した通り、可動部が誤つて接続され
ている場合に、該可動部に係合して保護カバーを取り付
け不能とする邪魔部を設けたことにより、ケーブルコネ
クタの接続の正誤を該保護カバーの取り付け作業時に知
ることができるので、ケーブルコネクタ接続の正誤を簡
単に、しかも、確実に検知することができ、誤接続のま
まで電動機主回路が電源ケーブルに接続されるような事
態を防止することができ、電源ケーブルが高速側に接続
されているか、低速側に接続されているかの確認も簡単
