Abstract

(57)【要約】 ［目的］ポケットの開口部を塞ぎ、その周囲に立体的な
装飾体が形成されてあたかも上着、ズボン、鞄等にアク
セサリーとして取り付けられたように外観される優れた
装飾性を発揮するとともに、自由に交換することのでき
るポケット用装飾体を提供することを目的とする。 ［構成］細長矩形で定期券挿入口１と定期券収容部２を
形成した合成樹脂製のポケット差込片３を、起毛布部材
より顔部４と前足５とを形成した縫いぐるみ動物おもち
ゃからなる立体装飾体６の胴体となる位置に配設して、
前記前足５部分にポケット差込片３の一辺を逢着手段に
より結合した構成である。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は上着、ズボン、鞄等のポケットの開口部の装飾性を良好にするために 使用するポケット用装飾体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の上着、ズボン、鞄等のポケットの装飾性は、ポケット表面に図柄等を刺 繍したり貼着しすることにより達成している。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ところが上記従来の装飾手段では、平面的な装飾性を発揮するに止まり、交換 可能なアクセサリーとしての立体的な装飾性を達成することができなかった。 本考案は、ポケットの開口部を塞ぎ、その周囲に立体的な装飾体が形成されて あたかも上着、ズボン、鞄等にアクセサリーとして取り付けられたように外観さ れる優れた装飾性を発揮するとともに、自由に交換することのできるポケット用 装飾体を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記課題を解決するために、細長矩形のポケット差込片の一方の短辺 に可撓性部材よりなる動物おもちゃ又は人形等の立体装飾体の一部を逢着又は接 着により一体固定したことを特徴とするものである。

【作用】
上記のように可撓性部材よりなる動物おもちゃ又は人形等の立体装飾体に、細 長矩形のポケット差込片を一体に固定したから、該ポケット差込片を上着等のポ ケットに挿入することにより、立体装飾体がポケットの開口部上に位置して保持 されるようになり、これによってポケットの開口部が立体装飾体により塞がれ、 あたかも上着、ズボン、鞄等にアクセサリーとして立体装飾体が取り付けられた ように外観される優れた装飾性を発揮するようになる。

【実施例】
図１は本考案の実施例に係るポケット用装飾体の正面図、図２は断面図、図３ は上着のポケットに差込保持させた場合の外観図であって、細長矩形で定期券挿 入口１と定期券収容部２を形成した合成樹脂製のポケット差込片３を、起毛布部 材より顔部４と前足５とを形成した縫いぐるみ動物おもちゃからなる立体装飾体 ６の胴体となる位置に配設して、前記前足５部分にポケット差込片３の一辺を逢 着手段により結合した構成となっている。
【０００７】 上記説明した実施例のポケット用装飾体は、上着のポケット、ズボンのポケッ ト、鞄のポケット等に、ポケット差込片３を挿入して使用するのであるが、ポケ ットに挿入することにより、立体装飾体６がポケットの開口部上に位置して保持 されるようになり、これによってポケットの開口部が立体装飾体６により塞がれ 、あたかも上着、ズボン、鞄等にアクセサリーとして立体的で豪華な装飾体６が 取り付いたように外観される優れた装飾性を発揮し、自由に交換することにより 、種々の立体装飾体の装飾性を楽しむことができる。しかもポケット差込片３を 定期券入れ、財布、カードケース、鏡ケース等の他の用途に使用できる細長矩形 物を使用すれば、単にポケット差込片としてだけでなく、定期券保持、札保持、 キャッシュカード保持、鏡保持としても利用できる。

【考案の効果】
以上説明した本考案によれば、ポケットの開口部を塞ぎ、その周囲に立体的な 装飾体が形成されて、あたかも上着、ズボン、鞄等にアクセサリーとして取り付 けられたように外観される優れた装飾性を発揮するとともに、自由に交換するこ とにより、種々の立体装飾体の装飾性を楽しむことができる。また、細長矩形の ポケット差込片の一方の短辺に可撓性部材よりなる動物おもちゃ又は人形等の立 体装飾体の一部を逢着又は接着により一体固定すればよいから、簡単に製作する ことができ、安価に提供することができる。

  2. 【請求項２】 ポケット差込片が、定期券入れ、財布、
    カードケース、鏡のいずれかで構成されている請求項１
    記載のポケット用装飾体。
