Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a laminated plate obtained by a pressureless continuous manufacturing method has a continuous process of impregnating a substrate, laminating, and curing a resin, and laminating by resin outflow from both ends of the resin-impregnated substrate. Support with metal support rolls is minimized to avoid sticking between the underside of the body and the manufacturing equipment. For this reason, internal strain is generated during continuous transfer of the laminated body, and the laminated body is made into a laminated body with the strain being built in, so that the laminated plate is warped and twisted after the laminated molding, and the dimensional stability is deteriorated.

する。The present invention provides a long base material,
A long laminate laminated with a long metal foil on the upper and / or lower surface of a required number of long resin-impregnated base materials impregnated with resin is continuously pressurelessly supported and transferred by a releasable support roll to be laminated. Since the method for manufacturing a laminated plate is characterized by cutting it to a required size after molding, a laminated plate can be obtained without warping and twisting because it is formed into a laminated body without causing internal strain in the laminated body. It is a thing. The present invention will be described in detail below.

Woven fabric, non-woven fabric, paper, etc. made of organic fibers such as polyester, polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyamide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene oxide, fluororesin, etc. It is also possible to adopt a composite structure in which the core part is made of glass nonwoven fabric and the surface part is made of glass cloth. As the resin with which the base material is impregnated, unsaturated polyester resin, phenol
Resin, epoxy resin, diallyl phthalate resin, vinyl ester resin (also called epoxy acrylate resin)
Single resin, modified resin, mixed resin of talc, clay, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, inorganic powder filler such as silica, glass fiber, asbestos fiber, pulp fiber, synthetic as required. Fibrous fillers such as fibers and ceramic fibers can be added. Further, the impregnating resin may be impregnated only with the same resin, but the primary impregnation with the same resin may be a low-viscosity resin and the secondary impregnation may be an impregnation with a higher-viscosity resin. Multiple impregnations such as impregnation and secondary impregnation may be performed to make the impregnation more uniform. Thus, the long base material is impregnated with a resin by any means such as single-sided impregnation or whole surface impregnation to obtain a long-length resin-impregnated base material. The required number of long resin-impregnated base materials can be used according to the required thickness of the laminated plate. As the long metal foil, a single, alloy, or composite foil of copper, aluminum, brass, nickel, iron or the like is used, and an adhesive layer can be provided on one side of the metal foil if necessary. Thus, on the upper surface and / or the lower surface of the long resin-impregnated base material, the long laminated body obtained by laminating the long metal foil is pressureless, and the releasability resin support roll or releasability such as silicon resin or fluorine resin is used. A support roll coated with a resin is used to support and form a laminated body to obtain a laminated plate. It is preferable that the support roll is a multi-roll because it does not give a strain to the resin-impregnated base material. In the pressureless lamination molding integration of the long laminate, the curing time and the curing temperature can be selected depending on the resin, the base material, the thickness, etc., but the curing temperature is preferably 130 to 200 ° C. After the laminated molding, the laminated plate is obtained by cutting it to a required size with a cutter or the like. After cutting, the appearance can be further improved by reheating or rapid cooling if necessary. Reheating is the glass transition point (Tg) of the resin
The heating is desirably performed as described above, and the rapid cooling after reheating is performed by cooling in a low temperature water, a liquid such as alcohol, or a low temperature gas, and preferably in water at 25 ° C. or lower. The present invention will be described below based on examples.
