Description of the Related Art A method for making a wall of a log house is to stack logs or sawn logs one by one, and combine the logs that make up the wall in an alternating manner at the points where the walls intersect. The basic method is to give the building the function of structural strength, but there is also a method to use pillars and log materials only as wall materials.

In the method used for the wall material, the log material is usually not dried, and a gap is generated in the wall as the log material is dried, and it is necessary to repair the filler to be filled in the gap frequently after construction.
In addition, when a small-diameter lumber such as a thinned wood is used as a log material, there is a problem that the wall is basically thin and the wall has a poor heat insulating property and the window and the door are difficult to mount. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned inconvenience in utilizing a wood having a small diameter such as a thinned wood as a log material.

The structure of the wall of the log house, the log material that forms the wall is formed by forming several kumite on the upper and lower surfaces of the log material and making certain intervals on the base so that the kumite parts face each other. For log materials that are arranged horizontally in two rows and joined together, form a knot on both ends of the log material, and fit each wall at a right angle to the log material that forms the walls that are arranged in two rows. By stacking the log material to be formed and the log material to be joined alternately up to the required height, the log material to form the wall and the log material to be joined are connected at the kumite part,
It is characterized in that a plurality of log members forming a wall stacked in two rows function as one body.

Since the log material to be connected and the log material to be joined are the same material and used in the same direction, the problem of shrinkage due to drying does not occur, and there is a space sandwiched between the log materials that form two rows of walls. By this, the heat insulation of the wall,
The method of mounting windows and doors can be improved.

Description will be made with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. FIG. 1 shows a structure of a wall 1 of a log house according to the present invention, in which two rows of log members 2 stacked with log members 2 forming the wall 1 are used.
Are constructed by combining the log materials 3 to be joined together and the log materials 2 and 3 are alternately combined. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the log material 2 forming the wall has a plurality of knitting hands 4a formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the log material 2, and ribs 5a are formed on the upper surface in the longitudinal direction, and the lower surface is formed. A groove 5b is formed in the longitudinal direction. In the embodiment, a dovetail joint is adopted as the shape of the knit 4a, but the shape is not limited as long as the connection between the log member 2 and the log member 3 is strong. A hole for the anchor bolt 8 is formed in the log material 2a stacked on the first stage, and the groove 5b is not formed. The log material 2b stacked on the second stage is formed with a cutout portion into which a nut for tightening the anchor bolt 8 is inserted. No rib 5a is formed on the log material 2 stacked on the uppermost stage. As shown in FIG. 3, the log members 3 to be joined are formed with a pair of groves 4b that match the groves of the log members 2 at both ends. Multiple log materials 2
The space sandwiched by is determined by the length of the log material 3. Log material 3
A through bolt hole 6a is formed in the vertical direction at the center of the.
Next, a method of constructing a wall by using the wall structure of the log house of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. Put the log material 3a of the first half into the upper base 7 so that the bolt holes are aligned,
The log material 2a of the first stage is fitted to the assembly material 4b of the log material 3a in the assembly 4a, inserted into the anchor bolt 8 rising from the base 7, and placed on the base 7, and the anchor bolt 8
Tighten with, and the log material 2a and log material 3 of the first stage on the base 7
Fix a. The log material 3b of the second step is fitted to the knitting tool 4a of the log material 2a of the first step in the assembly 4b, and stacked on the log material 3a of the first step so that the holes of the through bolts are aligned. A nail is driven from the second log material 3b to the first log material 2a to be fixed. The log material 2b of the second step is fitted to the groove 4a of the log material 3b of the second step and the ribs 5a of the log material 2a of the first step in the groove 4a and the groove 5b of the second step to form the log material 2a of the first step. Stacking is performed and nails are fixed by hammering from the second log material 2b to the second log material 3b at the assembly part. Log material 2 and log material 3 are piled up to the required height in the same way as the second and subsequent steps, nails are driven in at the assembly part, and finally through bolts are inserted from top to bottom of the piled log material 3 , Tighten and fix the whole.

The log house can be constructed by using small-diameter lumber such as thinned timber, etc. In addition, since there is a space sandwiched between log materials that form two rows of walls, it is possible to improve the heat insulation of the walls, the method of attaching windows and doors, the method of wiring and piping, and the ease of construction with excellent habitability. It is possible to provide a log house. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to promote the use of small-diameter timber such as thinned wood, and it is possible to improve the stagnation of the thinning business which is currently a problem.
