However, in the conventional retort pouch food, since there is no suitable means for measuring the heating time, it is the current situation that the food is properly cooked. If the heating time is short, the temperature will not rise sufficiently and you will not be able to eat deliciously. Therefore, the method that relies on intuition tends to cause longer heating, and there is a problem that energy and time are wasted. . Incidentally, as a method for measuring the time by capturing the change in the property of the substance, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-176879 has been proposed, but this technique has an inconvenience that the corrosive solution must be dropped at the start of the time measurement. In addition, since the time measurement starts when the corrosive substance is dropped even during storage at room temperature, it cannot be said that the time when the material is heated to a certain temperature or higher is measured.

At room temperature, the corrosive substance of the heat manifest material is separated from the easily corrosive metal by the permeable polymer resin, but the permeable polymer resin easily permeates the corrosive substance when heated with the retort food etc. Therefore, the corrosive substance permeates the polymer resin and reaches the easily corroded metal surface to corrode it. At this time, since the anticorrosion coating layer is provided on the surface of the easily corrosive metal, only the portion without the anticorrosion coating layer is selectively corroded. Therefore, if the anticorrosion coating layer is provided so that the characters such as "I was able to heat it" remain, only the character part will be selectively corroded, and the color will change to a color different from the non-corroded part. It can be seen that it was heated to a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time.

The heat manifest material according to the present invention does not permeate a corrosive substance (for example, vinegar, which is a weakly acidic aqueous solution) 1 at room temperature, and the corrosive substance 1 is not generated when the temperature is raised above a certain temperature (for example, 80 ° C.). Permeable polymer resin (eg polyethylene film / polyvinylidene chloride / polyethylene) 2a
The corrosive substance 1 is filled in a space surrounded by a multi-layered sheet 2 having an inner surface and a polymer resin (for example, polyester) 3 having excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. The multilayer component sheet 2 is formed in a bag shape by heat-sealing the ends of the polymer resin 2a and the polymer resin 3. The multi-layered structure sheet 2 has a polymer resin 2a which exhibits permeability of the corrosive substance 1 at a certain temperature (80 ° C. in this case) or more, and an easily corrosive metal (for example, aluminum) 2b which is easily corroded on one side. Transparent polymer resin with excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance (eg polyester film)
2c are pasted together with the easily corrosive metal 2b facing down. The corrosive substance 1 is formed on the surface of the easily corroding metal 2b.
The anticorrosion coating layer (for example, acrylic resin ink) 2d that isolates and protects the easily corroding metal 2b from the entire surface is applied except for the portion of the character (not shown) saying "I was able to heat up." It is a film. The heat manifesting material having the above-mentioned configuration is used as a heating time indicator by sticking (heat sealing, adhering or the like) the polymer resin 3 side to a packaging bag (not shown) for retort food. As long as the retort food is stored at room temperature, the corrosive substance 1 and the easily corrosive metal 2b are separated by the polymer resin 2a, so that the easily corrosive metal 2b is not corroded. In order to heat the retort food, when it is put in a pan or the like to start heating, the heating time indicator attached to the packaging bag for the retort food is also gradually heated together with the retort food, and the polymer resin 2a is heated to a temperature higher than a predetermined temperature. Then, the corrosive substance 1 starts to permeate. Therefore, when the corrosive substance 1 is heated to a predetermined temperature or higher, the corrosive substance 1 permeates the polymer resin 2a and reaches the easily corrosive metal 2b to corrode it. Easily corrosive metal 2b
Since the polymer resin 2a side is provided with the anticorrosion coating layer 2d on the entire surface except for the part of the character saying "I was able to heat up", only the part of the character is selectively corroded. . Then, the easily corroding metal 2b selectively corroded
In this case, the surface of is oxidized and dissolved, or it changes to alumina, so white letters "I was able to heat up" appear in the metallic luster. Since the polymer resin 2c covering the easily corrosive metal 2b is a transparent resin, the characters can be easily read. Polymer resin 2 used in the present invention that exhibits permeability at high temperatures 2
As a, a coextruded film such as polypropylene / ethylene vinyl alcohol / copolymer / polypropylene may be used in addition to the resins shown in the examples. The polymer resin 2a having such characteristics is 10 to 100 μm.
The time can be adjusted by freely changing it within the range of m. The corrosive substance 1 used liquid vinegar in the examples so that there is no danger even when the encapsulating multi-layered sheet 2 or the polymer resin 3 is broken. However, it is not limited to solid substances and other corrosive substances in gaseous form. The easily corrosive metal 2b is not limited to aluminum as long as it is corroded by the corrosive substance 1 and the color of the surface changes, but other metal such as iron may be used. Easy to use as it is easy to deposit on top. Further, even if the easily corroding metal 2b is provided with a thin thickness of 100 to 1000Å, characters and patterns can be sufficiently identified. The easily corrosive metal 2b may be provided by vapor deposition, or may be provided by adhesion with foil, powder or the like. The easily corrosive metal 2b can be provided on the entire surface of the polymer resin 2c, or can be provided with a minimum area for displaying a message such as "I was able to heat up". The anticorrosion coating layer 2d may be any substance as long as it can protect the easily corrosive metal 2 from the corrosive substance 1, so that it can be freely selected in relation to the corrosive substance 1, and the epoxy-phosphoric resin type It may be ink or the like. It should be noted that any material such as a polymer resin used in the present invention must have water resistance and heat resistance of about 100 ° C. or higher because it is immersed in boiling water for at least 2 to 3 minutes. The example of use as a heating time indicator of retort food has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to this, and can be used for lottery and the like.

Since the corrosive substance is provided in contact with the permeable polymer resin of the laminated, multi-layered structure sheet, the characters etc. can be revealed by the heating time, and it can be attached to the packaging bag of retort food etc. If the retort food is heated together, the corrosive substance will start to permeate the permeable polymer resin when the temperature rises above the predetermined temperature and corrode easily corrosive metals. The time when you are standing can be accurately measured. The heat manifest material according to the present invention can be used for a long time of several minutes to several tens of minutes by appropriately combining the types, concentrations, film thicknesses, etc. of corrosive substances, easily corrosive metals and permeable polymer resins. Since it can be timed, various kinds of indicators can be made according to the type and content of the retort food. Also, various messages can be transmitted by devising the anticorrosion coating layer.
