Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (a)産業上の利用分野 本考案は、旋網漁の魚網に付属した親子環に関するもの
である。
(b)従来の技術 従来、旋網漁の魚網に付属した親子環（Ｂ）は、丸棒を
環状に加工した親環に子環を入れた物であった。
(c)考案が解決しようとする問題点 しかし、この親環は内側を通るワイヤーロープによる
摩耗が激しく短期間の使用で摩滅し新品と交換している
のが現状であった。本考案は上記の欠点を除いて親子環
の耐用時間を伸ばし親子環取替に伴う手間と旋網漁の経
費削減に貢献できるものである。
(d)問題点を解決する手段 既存の親子環（Ｂ）の親環は、断面形状が円形であ
り内側を通るワイヤーロープとの接触面積が小さく短期
間で摩滅していたが本考案の親子環（Ａ）の親環にお
いては、断面形状を特殊形状にし内側を通るワイヤーロ
ープとの接触面積を増大させた事を特徴としまた揚網時
の親子環の取り扱いは人力にたよっている為親子環の重
量は従来のものと同程度に保っている。
(e)作用 上記の様に親環とワイヤーロープとの接触面積を増大
させる事により親環の耐摩耗性が増大し、著しく親子
環（Ａ）の耐用時間が増大される。
(f)考案の効果 実地例について述べると既存の親子環（Ｂ）と同様の取
り扱いを行いその結果を調査してみたが既存の親子環
（Ｂ）に比べ耐摩耗性は増大し、耐用時間にして５〜６
倍もの伸びを見せた。また親子環（Ａ）の耐用時間増大
に呼応して使用しているワイヤーロープの寿命も増大
し、更に環巻き行程時には円滑な環の滑りが得られた。
種々の点より長期間のスムーズな環巻き作業が可能とな
ると同時に海中に張られた網の形状にも良い結果が得ら
れるのである。
