筒の内壁に当接する当面を設けると共に前記ネジ軸に前
記拘束当て盤を弾発自在に保持するバネを設けたことに
より、円筒状被溶接材の拘束保形状能を高め本溶接の直
接施工を可能にして溶接の精度、能率を向上させて前記
のような問題点を解消している。
