This is because the automatic correction is basically executed on the assumption that the processing error changes almost continuously, and therefore the processing condition cannot be corrected with such high accuracy when the processing error changes abruptly.

The automatic correction value is sequentially determined based on the difference between this time's error value and its change tendency, and the automatic correction value is determined based on this time's measured value, its change tendency, and that change tendency. It means the mode of sequentially deciding, the mode of estimating the true value of the current measurement value based on the past measurement value, and deciding the estimated true value as the current measurement value, and successively deciding the automatic correction value. To do. Note that the "current error value change tendency" is, for example, the current differential value that is the difference between the current error value and the previous error value, and
The “change tendency of the change tendency” is, for example, the twice-differential value of this time, which is the difference between the differential value of this time and the differential value of the previous time.

Each of them is connected to the in-process measuring machine 12. The sizing device 14 is mainly composed of a computer including a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, and a bus, and during grinding by the processing machine 10, the diameters of the two end cylindrical surfaces are passed through the respective in-process measuring machines 12. When the remaining depth of cut on each end cylindrical surface (the amount that must be cut before reaching the final dimension) reaches each set value (existing for each end cylindrical surface), a signal to that effect. (Hereinafter, "set amount arrival signal"), when reaching each final dimension, that is, each sizing point (existing for each end cylindrical surface), a signal to that effect (hereinafter, "sizing point arrival signal") ) Is output to the motor controller 15 in association with each end cylindrical surface.

The rough polishing is performed until the remaining depth of cut reaches the set amount, and the fine polishing is performed until the diameter reaches the sizing point. It is usual that the two set amount arrival signals to be supplied from the sizing device 14 for each end cylindrical surface do not coincide in the supply timing, and the motor controller 1
In the rough grinding stage, 5 controls the forward / backward motor 40 and the swing motor 42 in accordance with the amount of discrepancy in the signal supply timing, thereby appropriately controlling the cutting angle. Further, in the fine grinding, since the cutting angle should be appropriate in the rough grinding preceding that, the motor controller 15 drives only the forward / backward motor 40 to cut the grindstone group 30 into the work. Continue to 2
If a sizing point arrival signal is supplied to any one of the end cylindrical surfaces, the forward / backward motor 40 is stopped, spark-out is performed, and then the forward / backward motor 40 is rotated in the reverse direction to grind stone groups. 30 is retracted from the work. It is also possible to control the cutting angle even at the stage of fine polishing.

To do. This processing system is designed to allow a workpiece waiting for dimension measurement to exist between the processing machine 10 and the total number measuring machine 16. Therefore, the control device 20 assumes a control system in which the input signal is the correction value U, the output signal is the dimension information, and there is a dead time MS between the input signal and the output signal, and the feedback system is used to perform the sizing. Correct the points. That is, in the present embodiment, the sizing point is one aspect of the "machining condition" in the invention of each claim.

Further, as a fourth step, based on the plurality of moving average values P whose both end diameters have been corrected (also stored in the calculation data memory), the error value R, the differential value T, and the twice differential value D of this time. Then, as a fifth step, the correction value U is calculated by fuzzy calculation based on the dimension information and the number of standby works (corresponding to the dead time MS) measured by the work number counter 18. Subsequently, as a sixth step, the correction value U is corrected by considering the continuity thereof, and as a seventh step, the correction value U is set in relation to the sizing device 14. It is determined whether it is in the dead zone, and if it is not in the dead zone,
As the eighth step, the correction value U is transmitted to the sizing device 14.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, in order to remove the variation between adjacent portions and estimate the true dimension of the work, the measured value X of this time and the latest measured value X of at least one acquired up to the previous time are shown in FIG. A weighted moving average value P is calculated and used as the true value of the measured value X, as shown conceptually in the graph in FIG. In this graph, "i" represents the number of works measured by the total number measuring machine 16 (hereinafter referred to as "measured work number"). The same applies to other graphs.

That is, based on the latest K (fixed value of 2 or more) measurement values X acquired up to this time, the moving average value of this time is calculated using a calculation formula represented by the following formula (when K = 5). P i is calculated.

As shown in FIG. 3, neither the error value R nor the differential value T that should be calculated using this can be calculated, and thus the time in which a new correction value U cannot be determined becomes long. In addition, this figure is represented as the number i of measured works increases from the left side to the right side. The same applies to FIGS. 14 and 15 described later.

As shown in FIG. 4, each of the K moving average values P scheduled to be present, which does not actually exist, is given a corresponding moving average value P.
Is to be replaced with the measurement value X itself acquired at the same time as the acquisition. This is based on the property that the measured value X and the moving average value P that are acquired at the same time are originally close to each other, and the calculation of the moving average value P according to this rule means that the replacement type moving average value calculation is performed. Say.

It is possible to virtually obtain it by replacing the moving average value P with the measured value X, regardless of whether it is long before. However, in this case, there are the following problems. That is, as the ratio of the virtually calculated moving average value P in the L moving average values P used to calculate one differential value T increases, the accuracy of the differential value T decreases. Consequently, there is a problem that the accuracy of the correction value U may decrease.

The example in the figure is an example in which such a limitation is added, and in this case, only within the past three times from the latest regular moving average value P (that is, the replacement limitation number Z is 3). The calculation of the virtual moving average value P is allowed. In such a case, even if the replacement type moving average value is calculated, the moving average value P should be calculated while the number of measurement values X accumulated in the arithmetic data memory is small. I can't.

Select the calculation formula that matches the number of values X,
The rule is to obtain the moving average value P by using it (see FIG. 15). Calculating the moving average value P according to this rule is called variable type moving average value calculation. The following weighted moving average calculation formulas can be individually prepared, for example.

Therefore, when the sizing point is corrected without considering the measured values X of the two end cylindrical surfaces but the measured values X of the other cylindrical surfaces, the machining accuracy of each cylindrical surface is the whole. In some cases, it may not be sufficiently uniform.

Alternatively, when the correction value U is also determined based on the twice-differential value D, the actual state of the processing machine 10 can be more accurately estimated, and the correction accuracy of the sizing point is improved. . This graph is acquired when there are a plurality of standby works between the processing machine 10 and the total measuring machine 16, and the “measurement delay” in this graph means the processing machine 10 and the total measuring machine 16. Equivalent to the number of waiting works between and. In addition, “U i ” is the correction value of this time and is “U i + 1 ”.
Indicates the next correction value. Therefore, the influence of the correction value U i of this time appears on the dimension error only after the measurement delay, and similarly, the influence of the next correction value U i + 1 also appears on the dimension error after the measurement delay. In addition, this graph is based on the assumption that, when a plurality of works are machined in order under the same fixed size point, the dimensional error of each work increases almost in proportion to the increase in the number of measured works i. It is also acquired by. The same applies to the following graphs.

Since it should be, it is not always the case that the workpiece machined under the sizing point affected by the previous correction value U is measured by the total number measuring machine 16 immediately after that, and the measurement of several different workpieces is performed. In some cases, it may be measured for the first time after passing. Therefore, when it is necessary to directly reflect the influence of the previous correction value U on the present correction value U, at least 1 processed under the sizing point affected by the previous correction value U is processed. One workpiece is a total measuring machine 1
It is desirable to determine the correction value U of this time each time it is measured by 6.

When the number of becomes set plurality or, to determine the current correction value U i based on their accumulated latest settings plurality of measurement X, affected by the current correction value U i After the time when the head correction target work to be measured first by the total number measuring machine 16 out of at least one work processed under the sizing point ends the measurement (for example,

In the correction interval period until i + 1 is determined and transmitted to the sizing device 14, the correction value U is not determined, and the sizing point in the sizing device 14 is maintained at the same value. be able to. Then, in this case, the magnitude of the correction value U i at this time is normally calculated on the assumption that the proportional relationship is established between the number i of measured works and the dimensional error.
The dimensional errors of the plurality of works affected by i are determined so as to approach 0 as a whole as a whole.

When an unplanned change occurs in the measured value X after the end of each correction, the unplanned change is accumulated in the calculation data memory and reflected in the next correction value U i + 1 . In this way, the sizing point cannot be corrected in response to the unexpected change without waiting until the next correction. Therefore, the measured value X is calculated after each correction.
However, there is a problem that the dimensional error of the work does not approach 0 sufficiently when the change occurs unexpectedly.

As indicated conceptually by a graph in FIG. 0, one intermittent correction is followed by a main correction which is an intermittent correction in the above-described mode (for example, determining “U i ” in FIG. 19) and an auxiliary correction. By performing the above, the sizing point may be corrected in such a manner that an unplanned change in the measured value X after the main correction is completed is quickly corrected by the auxiliary correction.

The final correction value U F should be determined on the basis of the measured value X of the workpiece that has been influenced by the main correction performed prior to it. However, the work affected by the main correction is not measured by the total counting machine 16 immediately after machining, but is measured only after some other work is measured. Therefore,
In this embodiment, the main correction is performed only once so that the influence of the main correction does not overlap and is not reflected in the sizing point corresponding to the work to be processed next. was about until the time before ending the measurement work, those correction value determined according to the same rules as in the main correction based on each time of measurement X is a provisional correction value U P, then the effect of the main correction removed The final correction value U F of the auxiliary correction is set. That is, the number of determinations of the final correction value U F in the series of auxiliary corrections is measured, and when the measured number of determinations reaches the set value, the series of auxiliary corrections is ended. However, with this measure,
The end time of the auxiliary correction is fixed in relation to the end time of the main correction, and the execution time of the auxiliary correction is optimal for responding to an unexpected change in the measured value X after the end of the main correction. There is a problem that it is not limited.

There is. In order to avoid such a situation, the auxiliary correction may be performed in the following manner. That is, the final correction value U in the series of auxiliary corrections
When the sum of the plurality of final correction values U F determined in at least the series of auxiliary corrections of the main correction and the series of auxiliary corrections is not substantially 0 when the number of determinations of F reaches the set value. Ends the series of auxiliary corrections, but when it is substantially 0, it is estimated that at least the execution time of the auxiliary correction was not appropriate, so the auxiliary correction is continued and a new final correction value U is newly obtained. It suffices to carry out the measurement of the number of determinations of F starting from 0.

Therefore, the time (hereinafter, referred to as “correction interval time”) required from the determination time of the current correction value U to the determination time of the next correction value U is as shown in FIG.
As shown in, the time taken for the head correction target work relating to the correction value U of this time to reach the total measuring machine 16 (related to the number of standby works existing between the processing machine 10 and the total measuring machine 16) Then, it is the sum of the time until the accumulation of the measured values X is started and the set plural measured values X are accumulated. Therefore, when it is unavoidable that a large number of standby works exist between the processing machine 10 and the total number measuring machine 16,
It is unavoidable that the correction interval time becomes long.

The correction value U of this time is determined based on the above, and the accumulation of the measurement value X is restarted from the non-accumulation state after the determination time of the correction value U of this time (for example, immediately after the determination time of the correction value U of this time). ,
Intermediate from the restarting time to near the time when the measurement ends for the work processed only once before the top correction target work related to the current correction value U (just before, slightly before, or slightly after that) The period is determined based on the actual measurement value X of each time and the correction value U of this time every time the work is measured by the 100% measuring machine, and each work is influenced by the correction value U of this time. Predicting the values measured for each of these workpieces, assuming that they have been machined under a certain point, and using the predicted measurement values X as the actual measurement values X
It is regarded as and accumulates. In this embodiment,
As an example of the prediction, a data shift process of shifting the actual measurement value X by the current correction value U by adding the current correction value U to the actual measurement value X in the intermediate period is adopted. .

(It is conceptually shown in the graph), and the concept of dead zone for the main correction and the auxiliary correction is adopted, and it is implemented as a mode in which the continuation method of the auxiliary correction can be selected. Further, in the present embodiment, it is also possible to select between the first method and the second method in accordance with the operator's instruction. Specifically, the operator gives an instruction as to whether or not to permit the data shift process, and if the data shift process is permitted, the data shift process is selected, and if not, the first method is selected.

After the correction value U is determined, for each of the ones measured by the total number measuring machine 16, each work is affected by the correction value U of this time based on the actual measurement value X of each time and the correction value U of this time. It was acquired by applying the technique of predicting the measurement value to be acquired for each of these workpieces when it was processed under the sizing point that was subjected to The measurement value prediction technique can also be applied to the continuous correction.

The situation is the same that 16 cannot measure. Therefore, in this case, the correction value U of this time is determined by a statistical method based on the experimental result, the simulation result, and the like. And this measurement value prediction technique can be used instead of the statistical method.

In order to suppress the dimensional variation of the work, it is desirable to have the above, that is, to change smoothly as the processing progresses. Therefore, in the present embodiment, paying attention to the fact, as shown conceptually in the graph in FIG. 23, first, the correction value U is determined by ignoring the continuity, and the correction value U is determined by the provisional value (hereinafter, “provisional value”. Correction value U "
Say. Incidentally, the different) from the provisional correction value U P of the foregoing, the latest M acquired by the current (2 or more fixed values)
It is assumed that the number of temporary correction values U is approximately proportional to the increase in the number of measured works i, and the same linear regression equation as the above case is specified for the M number of temporary correction values U. Then, the true value of the current correction value U using equation is estimated, it is the final value of the correction value U (hereinafter, referred to as "final correction value U *". Note that the final correction value U F described above Is different). In addition, this technology is based on Japanese Patent Application No.
It has been filed as No. 61306.

The process up to this point is representatively shown conceptually in FIG. This figure is represented as the value of the measured work number i increases from the left side to the right side. As is clear from the figure, when the accumulation of the measured value X in the calculation data memory is started from the non-accumulation state, (K

This is one mode of the above-mentioned “setting plural” relating to the accumulation of the measurement value X.

Designed to be secured. Specifically, the control device 20
Sequentially monitors whether or not the manual correction is performed in the sizing device 14, and if the manual correction is not performed, the automatic correction is performed. If the manual correction is performed, the automatic correction is interrupted and the influence of the manual correction is determined. After the time when the top correction target workpiece processed under the received sizing point is measured by the total number measuring machine 16, the measured value X
It is also designed to restart the automatic correction by restarting the storage in the calculation data memory from the non-storage state. The control unit 20 is designed to also use the past measured value X to determine the automatic correction value, and in the processing system in which the control unit 20 is used, the processing machine 10 is used.
Since it is permissible for a standby workpiece to exist between the workpiece and the total number of measuring machines 16, the measured value X of the workpiece not affected by the manual correction is distinguished from the measured value X of the affected workpiece. However, if the automatic correction value is decided based on the accumulated measurement value X, the accuracy of the automatic correction value may decrease due to the measurement value X of the work that is not affected by the manual correction. Because there is.

Is determined. Here, the case of having a manual correction value transmission function means that the sizing device 14 sets the manual correction value input to the sizing device 14 by the operator through the keyboard 50 and the sizing point reflecting the manual correction value. Not only it is stored in the RAM, but it is designed to be transmitted to the control device 20 spontaneously. On the other hand, the case without the manual correction value transmission function means that the sizing device 14 has been input. This is a case in which the manual correction value and the sizing point reflecting the manual correction value are only stored in the RAM of the device itself and are not designed to be transmitted to the control device 20 spontaneously.

Is automatically determined, and the sizing device 14 corrects its own sizing point according to the determined correction value. But,
There is a limit to the range that the sizing point can take, and when the sizing point beyond that is determined, the operation of the sizing device 14 is stopped. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the sizing device 1
The latest sizing point 4 is sequentially monitored, and if the sizing point is corrected by the automatically determined correction value and the allowable range is exceeded, the sizing device 14 for the automatic correction value is used. Sending to is prohibited. As described above, in order to prevent the sizing point of the sizing device 14 from exceeding the allowable range by one-sided automatic correction that does not consider the circumstances of the sizing device 14, the control device 20 controls the latest sizing device 14. The sizing point is monitored. The process of prohibiting the transmission of the automatic correction value when the sizing point exceeds the allowable range in the sizing device 14 is realized by executing another routine (not shown).

As described above, when the operator issues a data shift processing command that permits the use of the data shift processing, the control device 20 determines the processing machine 1 based on the latest measured value X by the total counting machine 16.
It is measured for each work piece which has been machined by 0 but has not yet been measured by the total counting machine 16 when it is machined under a sizing point affected by the latest correction value U. Predict the value. At this time, if the sizing point of the sizing device 14 is automatically corrected by the control device 20, the above-described prediction is performed by adding the latest automatic correction value to the latest measurement value X by the total measuring machine 16. On the other hand, in the case where the sizing device 14 itself is manually correcting, the above prediction is performed by adding the latest manual correction value to the latest measurement value X. As described above, in order for the control device 20 to predict the measured value X in consideration of the influence of the manual correction value in the sizing device 14, it is necessary to monitor the latest manual correction value in the sizing device 14. .

When it becomes O, the latest sizing point is read from the sizing device 14 in S18 and is stored in the RAM and is stored in the auxiliary storage device 22. Then, in S19, the last sizing point is read from the auxiliary storage device 22. The size is entered. Then, in S20, it is determined whether or not the current sizing point has been changed from the previous sizing point. In other words, whether or not the manual correction is performed in the sizing device that does not have the manual correction value transmission function is determined from the change state of the sizing point. Assuming there is no change in the sizing point this time,
The determination is NO, and the process immediately proceeds to S11. However, assuming that the sizing point has been changed, the determination of S20 is YES, and the work waiting flag is turned on in S21.

That is, the fuzzy rule for calculating the provisional correction value U based on the error value R and the differential value T, and the double differential value without using the double differential value D and the dead time MS. Error value R and differential value T and dead time MS without using D
Based on the error value R, the differential value T, and the second differential value D without considering the dead time MS and the fuzzy rule for calculating the temporary correction value U based on
There is a fuzzy rule for calculating. Then, in this step, a fuzzy rule is selected in accordance with a command from the operator, and a fuzzy operation is performed using the fuzzy rule, among the error value R, the differential value T, the second differential value D and the dead time MS. The provisional correction value U is calculated based on what is necessary. Then, in S56,

Calculated and stored in the calculation data memory,
One final correction value U * is determined when the number of accumulated measurement values X reaches a set number. However, when the number of accumulated measurement values X does not reach the set number, the moving average value P or the like is not calculated at all, and when the number of accumulated measurement values X reaches the set number. For the first time, the present invention can be implemented by collectively calculating the moving average values P and the like to determine one final correction value U * .
