2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a deflection yoke of a CRT device has a male die 1 shown in FIG. 3 and a female die 2 shown in FIG. 4 using a self-bonding enameled wire (hereinafter abbreviated as an enameled wire). 5 is rotated by rotating the winding die formed by engaging the concave portion 3 provided on the male die 1 and the convex portion 4 provided on the female die 2 with each other, as shown in FIGS.
The enameled wire 6 is stacked and wound in the saddle type space 5 formed between the male die 1 and the female die 2, and the fusion layer is heated and fused by electric heating, and then pushed to a predetermined position by the press die 7 to form a coil. Are molded (FIG. 6). Next, compressed air is blown to this coil to cool and solidify it, and then a saddle type deflection yoke 8 as shown in FIG. 7 is manufactured. Further, in recent years, with the increase in definition of CRT display devices, the eddy current loss in the deflection yoke and the loss due to the skin effect are reduced to reduce the heat generation of the coil itself.
As described in JP-A No. 39 and JP-A No. 1-112643, a collective twisted wire (so-called Litz wire) in which a plurality of fine enameled wires are twisted together is used as a coil winding.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 2, an enameled wire is formed by applying an insulating varnish of polyurethane, polyester, polyester imide, polyester amide imide, etc. to a running copper wire 9 and then drying and baking. The insulating layer 10 is repeatedly formed a plurality of times, and further, application and baking of a fusion varnish such as polyamide, phenoxy, butyral, etc. are repeated a plurality of times to form the fusion layer 11 and the coating layer 13, and then the product bobbin. The enamel wire 6 is manufactured by winding it around (not shown). Enamel wire 6
Is manufactured in such a process, the conductor diameter, the insulating layer film thickness, and the fusion layer film thickness vary, and it is possible to avoid that the finished outer diameter of the enamel wire 6 finally varies from product bobbin to product bobbin. Absent.

As described above, when the enamel wire is stacked and wound in the winding saddle type space, the coil before pressing has a smaller size when the finishing outer diameter is smaller, and the coil before pressing has a larger finishing outer diameter. Although it becomes larger, the space density of the enamel wire in the coil cross section (the degree of clogging) as it is pressed into a predetermined position with a press die after being electrically heated.
Changes, resulting in a change in the magnetic field distribution, which causes the convergence characteristics to vary. For this reason, conventionally, efforts have been made to reduce the variation in the finishing outer diameter of the enameled wire, while in the coil winding process, the finishing outer diameter is divided into appropriate finishing outer diameter widths and used properly to adjust the clearance between the male and female types. By performing the management finely, it is possible to reduce the variation in the convergence characteristics.

However, since the assembled stranded wire is formed by twisting a plurality of enameled wires having a small conductor diameter, the enamel wire having a coil cross section when stacked and wound in a saddle type space of a winding type. The number of coils has increased from several times to more than ten times that of conventional deflection coils, and the fluctuation of the finishing outer diameter of the enameled wire has a significant effect on the coil shape before pressing, reaching the limit in winding form adjustment. . In a color television set using such a deflection yoke having a large variation in magnetic field distribution, there is a problem that convergence failure often occurs. Further, since the deflection yoke using the stranded wire is used for high-definition color televisions such as CRTs for high-definition graphic display and high-definition televisions, the misconvergence standard is very strict and the yield at the time of manufacturing the deflection yoke is very high. It was low. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the related art and provides a preferred twisted wire and a deflection yoke using the preferred twisted wire in order to improve the convergence characteristics.

According to the present invention, in a stranded wire in which a plurality of enamel wires are twisted together, the total of the finishing outer diameters of the individual wires is ± the set value.
When the aggregated twisted wire is used for a deflection coil by combining and twisting the bundles so as to be within 0.4%, the coil shape wound in the winding saddle type space has a product bobbin of the aggregated twisted wire. The same can be done before and after the replacement, and the wire clogging is the same when the wire is pressed into a predetermined position with a press die after being electrically heated. Therefore, the stability of the magnetic field distribution stabilizes the convergence characteristics, and the complicated winding die adjustment at the time of manufacturing the deflection yoke is not required, so that the productivity is significantly improved and the yield is also improved.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an example of the stranded wire of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the stranded wire 12 includes a copper wire 9 and a coating layer 13 (the insulating layer 10 and the insulating layer 10 in FIG. (Including the adhesive layer 11) and 7 strands of wire (enamel wire) 6 that are twisted together.
It is composed within 0.4%. If the sum of the finished outer diameters of the individual wires deviates from ± 0.4% of the set value, good convergence characteristics cannot be obtained, as will be shown in a comparative example below. Adjustment of the total value of the finished outer diameter within a predetermined range can be easily performed by appropriately combining a plurality of strands having different finished outer diameters. As described above, the assembled twisted wire whose total outer diameter is adjusted within the predetermined range is formed into a coil by the method of the previous term to form a deflection yoke as shown in FIG.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples and comparative examples, but these do not limit the present invention. Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 As a strand of a collective twisted wire, a conductor diameter of 0.20 mm was coated and baked with a polyesterimide insulating varnish 8 times, and a polyamide fusion varnish was then applied and baked 3 times to perform self-treatment. A fusible enameled wire was obtained. The finishing outer diameter of the wire is JIS C 3003
The enamel copper wire and the enamel aluminum wire were measured by the method specified in the test method. As shown in Table 1, these 7 wires are combined with a finishing outer diameter and twisted together at a twist pitch of 40 mm to form a collective stranded wire.
A horizontal deflection coil is manufactured by winding it around a saddle type coil, the coil is assembled in the same manner as in the conventional method to obtain a deflection yoke, and the convergence is performed by the method specified in the JEDC standard ED-2101A cathode ray tube with deflection yoke test method. The properties were measured. The results are shown in Table 1.

[Table 1] * Convergence characteristics were measured by XH (horizontal misconvergence at L and R measurement points on the X axis). ** After assembling the deflection yoke, set it on the CRT and adjust the convergence by attaching a ferrite sheet, etc.
Since the adjustment work is easier if the variation is only in one direction, the convergence XH is +0.2 at the deflection coil manufacturing stage.
The center is set to 0 mm.

From the results shown in Table 1, it is preferable that the total of the finished outer diameters of the individual strands of the stranded wire is within the set value ± 0.4%, and more preferably, as close as possible to the set value. It can be seen that the variation in convergence characteristics can be reduced by using the assembled stranded wire that is combined and twisted.

As described above, by using the assembled twisted wire of the present invention for the deflection yoke, it is possible to provide a deflection yoke having a small variation in the convergence characteristics, improve the yield, and form the winding die at the time of manufacturing the deflection yoke. Since the adjustment can be omitted, the productivity is greatly improved and its usefulness is extremely large.
