いる。(Prior Art) As a front or rear window glass of an automobile, there is known one in which a molding is formed at a peripheral portion and the molding is closely attached to a window frame. Then, in order to mold such a molding, the peripheral edge of the window glass is exposed in the cavity formed by closing a pair of molds, and in this state, a thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride is melted in the cavity. It is then injected and cooled and hardened to form a molding.

Or the method disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 63-12810 is known. In this method, a coating layer is formed on the glass surface before injection molding the molding, then the molding is formed and a coating film is formed on the molding surface, and then the coating layer is cut with a cutter along the parting line of the molding. Then, the cut coating layer is peeled off from the glass surface so that the parting line is clearly drawn.

Therefore, the raw material resin does not enter, and the work of drawing the parting line is unnecessary.

By rotating the bolt 8, the insert 4 is pressed against the mold 1 or 2 side through the insert retainer 7 so that the gap g is accurately maintained, and the bolt 8 is further rotated in the reverse direction to retain the insert retainer. By making 7 retracted, the nest 4 can be replaced, and even if the window glass G has a different thickness, it is sufficient to replace only the nest 4. Reference numerals 9 and 10 are cooling water passages formed in the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2.

Then, the injected resin spreads into the cavity 3, but the gap g is narrow and the cooling water passage 5
Since the temperature is low, the raw material resin is also cooled and the fluidity is lowered, so that the raw material resin does not enter the gap g. Therefore, the parting line is accurately formed.
