【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は高圧ガスの調整器に係り、二次圧力による事故を未然に阻止できる高 圧ガス調整器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
可燃ガス、毒性ガスの調整器は、調整弁が損傷し、二次圧力が過度に上昇した 時、安全弁等によってガスを外部に放出させると、安全上問題が生じるため、安 全弁は設置されていない。そのため、過度に圧力が上昇すると、二次圧力計が破 損したり、ホースを破裂させる事故が発生する。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案の課題は、過度に圧力が上昇したときの事故を確実に防止できる高圧ガ ス調整器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の手段は圧力調整弁と直列に異常高圧ガスの流れを止める閉止弁を設け たことである。

【作用】
平常時は図１に示すように完全閉止弁１６は開いており、調整ガスは２次側に 流れる。調整ガスの圧力が異常に上昇したときは、完全閉止弁１６のばね１９は 押されて閉じ、ガスの流れを止める。

【実施例】
図の符号１１は調整器本体で一次圧力の導入管１２と、２次圧力送出管１３を 設けて本体１１内の通路１４と一次圧力導入管１２と２次圧力送出管１３に連絡 させ、通路１４中に圧力調整弁１５を介在させ、かつ完全閉止弁１６を設ける。
【０００７】 圧力調整弁１５は弁体１５1にコイルばね１５2を作用させ、フィルター１７を 経て送られた高圧ガス圧力を調節して２次側に送る。完全閉止弁１６が調整した ガス圧力が所定の圧力よりも高くなったときに、その高い圧力により通路１４を 閉じるように構成されている。即ち、１６1は弁体で弁杆１６2は強いコイルばね １９を作用させた受板２０を備え、通路１４中の弁座２１に接離する。

【効果】
本考案によれば、二次側圧力の異常昇圧時に高圧ガスは止まるので、外部に流 れる危険を確実に防止できる。
