Further, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 50-113974 discloses an oil-water separation tank in which a plurality of inclined separation plates are provided in the oil-water tank and the overflowed oil is discharged from above the final separation plate. Since the area of the lower side of the inclined separation plate of the final stage that discharges the overflowed oil content of this publication is as small as about 20% of the area of the lower side of the tank, oil and water are separated by the separation plate of the final stage where the upper side is narrow. The ability is low. Further, since a plurality of inclined separation plates are arranged side by side, the inlet for the oil water is narrow, and it is difficult to dispose the oil water directly below the machine where the oil water drips from a large area.

(Operation) In the present invention, a separation plate having both side edges inscribed is obliquely provided on the inner surface of the side wall of the tank having a predetermined shape, and the inside of the tank is divided into two. However, since the separation plate is not in contact with the bottom of the tank, the vicinity of the bottom inside the tank is not divided. If an aqueous solution containing oil is put into the same tank, the same aqueous solution will enter the two divided parts inside the same tank, and the specific gravity of water on each of the same aqueous solution surfaces in the two divided parts. Due to the difference, the oil content floats and becomes a layer. When an aqueous solution containing oil is further put in the tank, the surface of the aqueous solution rises. Since the inside of the tank is divided into two by the diagonal separating plate, as the surface of the aqueous solution rises, the area of the aqueous solution surface becomes wider in one of the divided portions and becomes larger in the other divided portion. The area of the surface becomes smaller. At the divided part where the area of the aqueous solution surface becomes smaller as the aqueous solution surface rises, the layer thickness of the layered oil component floating on the aqueous solution surface becomes larger as the aqueous solution surface rises and the area becomes smaller. To go. On the other hand, with respect to the aqueous solution surface in the other divided portions, the reverse phenomenon occurs as the aqueous solution surface rises. Therefore, of the two divided parts divided by the diagonal separating plate, the height of the layered oil surface floating above the aqueous solution surface of the divided part whose upper part is narrower is higher than that of the other divided part. Get higher For this reason, the oil can be removed and collected by overflowing only the layered oil from the upper edge of the side wall of the divided portion whose upper portion is narrower. The upper edge of the side wall of the tank projects to the outside of the tank in the shape of an eaves, and the tip of the eaves-shaped part faces downward, so the overflowed oil will fall down along the eaves-shaped part. ing. Oil can be collected by placing a container at the oil drop point. The aqueous solution from which oil has been removed can be taken out and reused by providing an outlet slightly above the bottom of the same tank.

It is also possible to install only the oil removal tank of the present invention independently and batch-process the used water-soluble cutting fluid.
Which method to use should be decided in consideration of the nature and amount of oil contained in the water-soluble cutting fluid to be treated, the total amount to be treated, and the like. Since the oil removal tank of the present invention does not require a power source such as electricity, it does not need to be installed near a power source, and there is no risk of fire due to electric spark or heat generation due to overload. Further, since there are no consumable parts and the like, maintenance is extremely easy and no maintenance cost is required.

When the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) mixed with oil is put into the tank (2), the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) will be injected into the two divided parts (7) and (14) inside the tank (2). It will enter and the two divided parts
On the surface of the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) of each of (7) and (14), the oil component floats due to the difference in specific gravity with water to become layered oil components (15) and (16). Tank
When the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) mixed with oil is further put into (2), the surface of the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) rises. Tank (2)
Since the inside of the is divided into two by the diagonal separation plate (5), as the surface of the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) rises, the area of the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) surface at one divided part (14) Becomes wider, and the area of the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) surface becomes smaller at the other divided portion (7). Water-soluble cutting fluid in the divided part (7)
(13) Water-soluble cutting fluid as surface rises and area decreases
The layer thickness of the layered oil (15) floating on the (13) surface increases. On the other hand, in the divided portion (14), the reverse phenomenon occurs as the surface of the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) rises. Therefore divided parts
Layered oil (15) floating on the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) surface of (7)
The height of the surface is higher than the height of the layered oil component (16) surface of the divided portion (14). For this reason, if the liquid level of the water-soluble cutting fluid (13) is further raised, the layered oil component (15) in the divided portion (7) will overflow and be removed from the upper edge portion (8) of the side wall (3). Has become. The oil that has overflowed travels along the eaves-shaped portion (9) and accumulates at the tip of the eaves-shaped portion (9). Therefore, the oil is discharged from the valve-equipped opening (10) to the outside and collected in the collection container (17).
The water-soluble cutting fluid (13) from which oil has been removed can be taken out and reused by taking out from the valved outlet (12) slightly above the lower part of the tank (2). Further, a drain discharge cock (12) 'is provided at the bottom of the tank (2).
