Therefore, it is possible to always grasp the accurate remaining amount of printing paper. That is, even when a plurality of types of printing papers are frequently exchanged and a printing operation is performed, the remaining amount of printing papers for each printing paper type can be accurately grasped.

The amount of movement L1 is a value for stopping the leading edge of the printing paper at a position where it passes from the optical axis L by 1/2 of the print length L p . Wherein the remaining photographic paper 12 stored in Batsukuatsupu RAM of the control circuit 50 the length L o is printed length L
It is judged whether or not it is larger than p (step 13).
2). An alarm is emitted from the alarm device 56 at step 134 if paper remaining amount L o is less than a print length L p. When the photographic paper remaining amount L o is greater than the feed amount L p, the motor 40 in step 136 from the feeding amount L1 calculated in step 130 are calculated motor speed P is is rotated. Then, the leading end of the photographic printing paper 12 is returned to the printing position while being received between the nipping and conveying rollers 36, 37 and 38 by the driving force of the motor 40. In this case, the motor 45 rotates the swivel guide 43 to the imaginary line state in FIG. 1, and the loop portion 12A corresponding to the amount of return is formed. In the photographic printing section 14, the printing area is determined by the lengthwise mask heads 62 and 64 and the widthwise mask, and the image on the negative film is printed (step 138).

効果が派生する。As described above, the printer according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a setting device capable of inputting the photographic paper type and the photographic paper length in the photographic paper storage box when the photographic paper storage box storing the exposure photographic paper is mounted. A printing paper feeding means for sequentially feeding the printing paper in the printing paper storage box to a printing position; a printing paper feeding amount detecting means for detecting a feeding amount of the printing paper; and a printing paper feeding amount detecting means for detecting the printing paper feeding amount. The remaining amount of photographic paper in the photographic paper storage box is calculated from the feed amount, the remaining amount of photographic paper is stored for each photographic paper type input by the setting device, and when the photographic paper type is input. Control means for determining whether the remaining amount of printing paper is the type of printing paper already stored. Therefore, not only is the excellent effect that the remaining amount of photographic paper can be calculated accurately obtained, but the remaining amount of photographic paper is stored for each type of photographic paper. Even when calling the remaining amount of this photographic paper type,
The remaining amount of the printing paper in the printing paper storage box can be used, and the effect that the accurate remaining amount of the printing paper can be grasped is derived.
そして、第2の発明に係るプリンタも上記と同様の効果
を奏することになる。The printer according to the second aspect of the invention also has the same effect as above.
