記第2の通信制御装置とのデータ転送を依頼し、前記第
3の通信制御装置から前記第2の通信制御装置とのデー
タ転送結果を受信し、異常であれば前記第2の通信制御
装置の異常と判定し、データ転送結果が正常であれば前
記通信制御装置対応に前記中央制御装置が具備する障害
判定カウンタのうち前記第1および第2の通信制御装置
対応の障害判定カウンタをそれぞれ加算し、このカウン
タ計数値が予め定める所定値を越えたとき当該通信制御
装置の障害を判定することを特徴とする障害判定方式。1.
