Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は蓄電池用極板の改良に関するものである。
従来の技術 従来蓄電池用極板は、一般に四角形状であり、耳部は、
極板の上端肩部から上方に位置している。
考案が解決しようとする問題点 上記のような極板を使用した場合には、蓄電池の小型化
や集電能力に欠いている。
問題点を解決するための手段 本考案は上記の如き点に鑑み、極板の上端肩部に斜面部
を設けて該極板の形状を多角形にするとともに、前記斜
面部には耳部を形成したものである。
作用 蓄電池を小型化しまた集電能力を向上させる。
実施例 極板１は、上端肩部に斜面部２を設けて形状を六角形に
し、該極板１の右側の斜面部２には耳部３を形成する。
該耳部３に溶着されたストラップ４の高さを極板１の上
端の横骨（外骨）と同高さにすることにより、従来の蓄
電池より小型化でき、また耳部３が、極板１の下端の横
骨（外骨）とそこから立ち上がっている左側の縦骨（外
骨）の交点の方に向いており、距離も近くなっているた
め、集電能力が向上し、蓄電池の電圧が高くなる。５は
足部である。
なお本考案による極板１は、六角形のみに限られるもの
ではない。
考案の効果 上述したように、本考案によれば、極板の上端肩部に斜
面部を設けて該極板の形状を多角形にするとともに、前
記斜面部に耳部を形成することにより、該耳部に溶着さ
れたストラップが、極板の上端の横骨と同高さになり、
蓄電池の小型化ができ、又、集電能力が向上し、従来の
蓄電池よりも電圧が高くなる等実用的価値甚だ大なるも
のである。

  1. 【請求項１】極板の上端肩部に斜面部を設けて該極板の
    形状を多角形にするとともに、前記斜面部に耳部を形成
    することを特徴とする蓄電池用極板。
